I feel I have been misinformed about the product. It has had no impact and it is a huge amount of money
Can I please return the items and not pay the rest of the money due

the Hifu machine does not work at all it is a simple scam

I never received my order as well sent few e mials and never get answers.
This is fraud, and unacceptable.
I am demanding to get my money back.

I have to say it’s one of my best decisions and have no regrets. If only I had done this years ago when my kids were little and always rushing out the door.
Funny most of the time people don’t have a clue when I tell them “my brows are micro-blade” they can’t believe they look pretty natural. Aleksandra is gifted she will take the time to sketch and customize a shape to give you “good eyebrows” ones that add definition to your face just doesn’t get better than this.
She makes you feel super comfortable. She was able to erase my doubts and fears about the makeup. She is so meticulous explains everything very thoroughly. I could not be happier with the way my makeup turned out.
I work out almost every day go to “hot yoga” like to jump in my hot tub after or relax in our “infrared sauna” in the winter. When I am at the cottage I like to come out of the lake looking the same way I entered. So liberating to know you can always look your best!

I bought a voucher for laser treatment, 6 times. Absolutely no results at all. Not just even a little bit. I sent them 5 times an e-mail now with my complaint but no answer at all.
Horrible company with no results or solutions for the problems.

I purchased a coupon for Cryo in September/2021 and there was no suitable day/hour available until November in Rijswijk Clinic. I have covid and it was re-booked for December. On my way to the clinic there was a road accident, I phone them up to tell them I might be late if the road is not clear on time. When I got there 15 minutes later the receptionist was very rude with me over the phone. I was parking the auto and she said: please don’t come upstairs! Your time is over, we cannot make it for you today, book for another day and time. I said okay can you have a look your next time/day availability? She answered: we are closing for x-mas and there is only time available after February (the coupon is ONLY valid fir 3 months). It’s totally no-sense, this is ridiculous because the clinic sells a lot of coupons, but there is no much reserved days/time available for cupons. I found very difficult to book for the first time/section then if you have to cancel, then is impossible to find another date available because they said it is “fully booked” .. so, you never find available date again for that short remaining period, because the coupon is expired, resulting losing your money. Once they have got your money, then they can be fully booked. Never do this anymore, as they should be more flexible with more longer valid coupon at least for 6 months and as well with this corona period, people need more availability.
