Perfect Joke if you ask me.
After many years private with another, I decided to go NHS with this lot. Big mistake! So, in around 8 years I have lost 2 crowns then the teeth being removed. 2nd one sent to another NHS dentist in Slough as they said could not do it,Eh! Anyway Slough had left the root in place saying it would be ok. A little while later a filling was done behind but only half of the filling was replaced, Eh! Then told root canal required, but we cant do it, given details of specialist who then contacted me, £900plus. Eh! What about NHS care under you, NO! was the answer we dont do root canals under NHS. the only dental care we do is check ups, cleaning, and if your lucky a filling!
So, I have dumped them! On to a private dentist.
Who the hell left your root in place they say, a supposed extraction! Then they say, you need a crown at least, however another tooth behind where they extracted half your tooth that is also not good. further treatment privately root extraction £400, root canal £1200, bridge crown £3000. Thanks Perfect Joke, for 8 years of a total waste of my time and money. Incompetant care under your NHS service. Do yourself a favour and do not bother with this money making scheme of a dentist. They insist you to pay £25 every 6 months for 5 minutes check up, then offer rubbish treatment that will not last. You are throwing money away! Charged £75 for a hygienist, but then the dentist does it Eh!

Being someone who’s anxious and has ADHD, finding a dentist I actually feel comfortable with and explains everything without me feeling stupid has honestly been such a struggle. I’ve been through sooo many dentists across London, even private ones, but I absolutely love my dentist Dr Zeanab Guys, she is AMAZING. I feel comfortable, listened to and just chill. Honestly 10/10, I couldn’t recommend her enough! 🦷✨

I am afraid if the dental experience however, Lisa one of the receptionist has genuine empathy and goes out of her way to accommodate an appointment.
Leanne my dentist is the only dentist that has ever shown any true empathy.
She actively listens and gives guidance and reassurance.
She normalised everything explained each minute detail with a no nonsense, yet caring approach.
If you want a dentist she is the one you want.
I have had Denplan for 25 years but this dental practice shows the true meaning of caring and not just out for the pennies.
Empathy is a rare thing these days but these two people are a credit to this organisation.

From my first appointment Mahmoud and Eloise were friendly, courteous and made me feel at ease, explaining everything as they went along. They were professional in every way. All staff at Perfect Smile were helpful and friendly. A 5 star rating is well deserved.
