Customer service over the phone was great, and Will was very polite.
Only gave 5 stars as thankfully never had to use them for a claim and they could not beat my renewal quote elsewhere.

Amazing staff
I needed to have a second call to Perfect pets regarding a disagreement with the vet hospital over payment. Oliver was 10 out of 10 during this call. He was aware of the original call so it made it much easier to discuss the problem I was having. He quickly put my mind at ease and said everything that I had said to the vets was correct. He was not only professional on the call, he was polite and pleasant in tone and manners. These are the type of people who should be working on these calls. He was great 😃

Lovely sales person, I had to cancel my policy cause of amount it went up, unfortunately he could not get it down enough, but was a great sales person and tried his best.
