Doordat we de complete fabricage in ons eigen beheer hebben en omdat we een unieke, gestroomlijnde werkwijze hebben ontwikkeld, bieden we een snelle levertijd van vijf tot acht weken én kunnen we de montage doen in één dag. Maar daar stoppen we niet: we zijn zo zeker van ons product, dat we garantie op de dakkapel bieden van 15 jaar. Wij bieden de perfecte service, vanaf het eerste advies bij ons in de showroom en het aanvragen van een vergunning, tot aan het intekenen, monteren én de nazorg nadat de dakkapel bij jou op dak gemonteerd is.

last year I had a disappointing…

last year I had a disappointing experience with perfect dakkapellen company that I cannot recommend. The salesperson I dealt with presented misleading information to try and make a sale. While the delivery of the window was on time, the windows themselves were of good quality and were delivered as agreed, the installation left much to be desired. The inside ceiling and wall were left in a complete mess, requiring me to spend an additional 1000 euros to fix the damage.

Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this company considering the money I spent. I would caution others to be wary of their sales tactics and lack of attention to detail during installation. There are certainly other companies out there that offer better prices and higher quality workmanship. I would suggest looking elsewhere for your dakkapellen needs
