Perfect Corset NY Clothing Reviews 

I bought a corset from them recently having seen Taylor from LIB wear it and I made sure to check their sizing chart and even spoke to one of their associates via their chat function before making the purchase to make sure it would fit.

Unfortunately the bra cups are just way too big and there's no way that it's an A /B cup at all as it just gapes. I contacted them for a refund as their website clearly stated there is a 14 day refund policy but they can only offer an exchange.

What's the point in that when I've already told them their smallest size is too big for me? They're saying that there might be perfume or residue so they can't accept any refunds but that clearly goes against what it says on their website. Also, surely they can just inspect the item when it's returned to them and if there are any defects they can refuse to accept it?

I get there are exceptions to refunds which is listed on their website as: corset with rhinestones/fringe lingeries, accessories, 40% off (40%off included)sale. However, this is just a plain black corset and does not fall into any of those categories.

I purchased it from the UK so it would have been impossible for me to know if it fits or not without trying it on. It all sounds like a con to me and now I'm £70 out of pocket with a brand new item with tags on that I've tried on for literally 5 mins and they won't give me my money back.

Wish I'd read these reviews first before buying anything from them! Posting this so no one else falls for their trap. Don't ever expect them to accept a refund for any reason even if it's in pristine condition.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Placed an order September 18th 2024 and never got the item, never got a shipping update past the first one. I’ve now tried to contact them TWICE and no response, no nothing. Might as well burn your money, at least you’ll get some heat from it rather than the NOTHING you’ll get here.

When I read the awful reviews, I wrote off the money I spent on getting two corsets. But how wrong I was!!
I felt I had to write this review because the corsets that arrived only a week later, are amazing! I am 5ft 7 and a size 12 with a DD bust and I bought a medium, D and they are perfect. Literally give me the most hour glass figure, easy to put on and weirdly not uncomfortable. The quality is great and I am sooo happy.
I have no clue what the hell the negative comments are about unless they bought from another company!!

No return policy they only offer a 15% refund or a 30% exchange. Stay away.

I ordered 4 corsets when they were in sale, but only when I tried to return them they told me I can't return them if they were sold in sale. I ordered 2 different sizes to fit the corset.

Please make sure you state this CLEARLY on your website. A popup when you order 2 sizes of the same corset would also be nice, because obviously you're not going to want to keep them both.

Order placement quick but after 10 days shipping tracking code not active. Writing by mail or Message insta no reaction it looks like bad SCAM not trustworthy - since adress of company no where to find nor registration of that business!!!! Ordered one item haven’t received till today!!! Amount over 60.-€

Turns out the one thing they sell they won’t let you return even if you never put it on. Absolute scam will never purchase again.

Items did not fit, I reached out to them the same day I received the order and they declined my return without any explanation.
Horrible company

They sent me an extremely poor quality top passing as a corset. There is no boning in this item made of low quality material. It wasn’t worth the $77 I paid. I didn’t even try it on, and immediately on delivery, I requested a return address as per their 14 day policy. When I didn’t get a response, I filed a case with PayPal to enable me return the item on item. Sure enough, that got them to send me an email; see below verbatim:

“Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your recent return and refund request. After reviewing your case and considering the condition of the product you want to return, we have decided to process your refund.

Due to the relocation of our U.S. warehouse, we are unable to handle returns this month. As a result, we would like to request that you return the items to our factory in China at your own expense.

Before returning the product, please consider the following options:

You can return the items by yourself. Please return the package as a gift or declare a value not exceeding $5 , please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes and shipping fee incurred during transit. Perfect Corset will not cover these expenses.
If you love our corsets and want to avoid return shipping charges, you can choose to keep the corset and we will refund 30% of your payment.

The return address is as follows:

PayPal closed my case in their favor, enabling these scammers to continue their scams. They are not US based. They advertise heavily on social media and give the illusion that they are, and that they’re reputable. The truth is that they are a scam organization in China defrauding people with their cheap products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

Read all the low rated reviews on here and see the pattern of their scam.

Stay away from these scammers!!!! Terrible quality! They don’t accept returns and wouldn’t even give me their address.

The item was OK, but I tried to return for another size and they said it would have to be shipped to china at my own expense or I can keep it and receive a 20% refund.
Seems like a total scam to me and I wish I had checked the trustpilot reviews before purchasing.

Poor quality, the fabric ripped o eve as soon as I laced it and split open when I sat down. I reached out to the company they offered to "send a replacement" and never followed through. I have pictures of the ripped item. DO NOT BUY from here.

I wish I looked at the reviews before purchasing. When I looked afterward, I attempted to cancel my order. However, the representative informed me it couldn't be canceled because my order had already been shipped (although I didn't get the shipping notification until days later). Further, when the corset arrived, it was too small and the dress was low-quality. I attempted to return it but was advised that I couldn't return it due to their return policy. This has been the worst experience dealing with this company, and I would encourage everyone not to buy from here.

AVOID Perfect Corset NY! They are not a trust worthy business. They have no qualms about lying, stalling, and making up excuses to avoid any customer service or returns. They lied about the returns package being "lost and returned to sender" when it was forwarded to a 3rd party agent that delivered it. Zero honesty and will attempt to mislead you any chance they get.

They also make you ship returns to other buyers. This is why they do not have an automated return process. and make you wait days for getting a return. Read the other comments online and do your own due diligence.

Corset Didn't fit.
With an item that requires fairly precise measurements you would think the company would make the returns process easy right? So you can get the right product for you.
Nope.

So because I have opened the package and tried the item on I now must pay to return the item only to get a partial refund which could be as low as 10% as they don't state otherwise.

Absolute waste of time and money

Although I shouldn't be surprised as it item was shipped from China.

The return policy is appalling and the customer service replies to you once per day even though you reply immediately they wait to the next day to answer. They are polite but they don't help you with your issue if you want to make a return. I contacted them that I would like to make a return because it doesn't fit. They have now been stalling the return by sending me their appalling return policies and try to change my mind to make an exchange instead. Have been like that back and forth... I need their return address and they are not giving it to me.
Don't buy from this place! Return is impossible! They wear you out til you give up and keep their ill fitting corset.

I have ordered from Perfect Coset SEVERAL TIMES and it never disappoints. The corsets are perfect, excellent condition and the quality is AMAZING.

Great customer service too. I love my corsets and feel beautiful everytime I wear them!

I am so glad I ordered from them, I got two coresets and I was actually shocked of how good the quality is and how well they fit. I saw there are some bad reviews and others had bad experiences, but for me it went super smooth and I'm very happy with their products.
