Avoid. Absolute scam artists. It says you are able to return corsets (which are a horrible quality) for a full refund within 14 days providing they are unworn and in their original condition. Well, apparently them being impossible to get on and dreadful quality isn’t a good enough reason to offer a refund so I am stuck with them.

Do not buy from here.

I actually read the other trustpilot reviews after already ordering a corset, so I wasn‘t expecting to get anything/a good product. But today it finally arrived after about two weeks and it‘s really good quality and fits me like a glove (I used their size chart).

Only 4 stars because shipping took long and I never got updates about my shipping.

says delivered, but not to me. Customer service is horrible. All they keep telling me is to contact USPS. who says it was delivered. Now disputing the charge through paypal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Don’t give them your PayPal info!!!I was going to buy a corset put my PayPal info but I decided not to buy the corset just yet. Wanted to check my funds before. I left the page before hitting confirm and saw in my bank that I had already been charged 99 dollars for the corset when I hadn’t even confirmed it! It didn’t show up through PayPal but showed up on my FirstBank. Now I’m disputing the charges.

It's a scam website and is it impossible to unsubscribe from their mailing list. I've tried it multiple times and I've messaged them as well but they simply don't care. I reported it as scam and as phishing as well but gmail doesn't care either.

I've never actually bought from this company but I've tried to unsubscribe from their email lists at least 12x and I've messaged the company directly. Their emails are annoying and their lack of customer service makes me think this company is a scam. I would not trust buying a product from this company (if it's even an actual company).

The corset is beautiful and once you get it on right a good fit but it is very difficult to get into and out of. Many corsets have clasps in the front to easily open while the chords are tied at back. This only has the back chords and then you're fiddling to undo the chords which is especially problematic when trying to take it off. Very impractical. Needs a redesign

I would rate this company a ZERO. the product is no quality for a very expensive corset and they have a NO Refund policy. Please stay away!!!!!!

Never buy from Perfect Corset… They have beautiful ads and a clean website, but in reality this is a shady company that delivers you some cheap stuff from China (although the prices are quite high). It has been more than a month and I still haven’t received my parcel while support team keeps telling me lies. I don’t think I will ever receive anything as my tracking number is simply not working anymore… You will dumped and will loose your money if you buy from them, so please never do that

Veeeery slow delivery. Wrong item received and in addition, all items were very cheap and good only for the trash. Their customer service is very rude, unprofessional and so, please avoid purchassing anything on this website. Absolute trash. :[

Took almost a month to get my product and
It was the wrong one. No response from the PC team, no help. Please don’t buy from here! Super cheap product that didn’t get delivered also had a tag with broken English written on it. Very obviously some random product sent from overseas.

You will get a product, but the product will look nothing like the online photo. I got a really cheap and shiny looking version, which had a complete different shape than the one in the picture! No thank you

The worst product I have ever bought, do not buy from these horrible people. The do not accept returns even though the product is in perfect working condition and has never been tampered with. It just goes to show they won't accept their brand new products back because they know for a fact that their products are poor quality. I still have not come to a conclusion about a refund or anything like that. I am most likely going or be contacting the ACCC to assist in this issue.

This website is like a scam. Dont buy their stuff. I have purchased from them, and their items were nothing like what was shown in the website. They were horrible quality and the material wasn’t up to standard.

Very bad experience from this seller. They show you all the good nice stuff on their shopping online site and instagram but actually the one they send you is useless garbage, material is so unbelievably bad. They don't accept return too even if you read their return policy they don’t honor the return for unused item. They give all those useless excuse. And bear in mind that the product is coming from China not USA, they also don’t have return label and you have to pay for your shipping back and no refund. This is a total NoNoNo company. Very bad experience!! Save yourself from people like this!! Lesson learned. Hope Karma will find them.

WARNING, READ THIS FIRST. Simply an awful experience. The item received was anything but what was demonstrated via their online listing. Material was nothing alike. Seller refused to honor customer satisfaction and refused a return/refund. There is a reason this company has a not return policy (apparently even when wrong item is sent). Their customer service was appaling. I provided proof of what was sent with pictures and still refused to process a return. Dissapointed to say the least.
