They sent wrong cover and nobody is answering calls They are frauds for sure

I didn't get the case I ordered. I paid so much and got some cheap stuff. When I complained nothing sorted. Don't waste your money here.

Worst product and service once you receive the product you can’t return it they didn’t respond calls emails I’m receiving iPhone 15 case but not fitting properly and damaged product I received so continuously I try to return or exchange but nobody responds please don’t by this disgusting product and don’t waste your money And time

Its fake totally fake i order rs 1499 phone cover but received 100 rs case and no response from the their side

They are scammers, they have opened multiple stores with different names: dvogue, caseio, perfectcase and they sell extremely cheap rejected items for 5 times the price, none of the product is returnable or replaceable. It is a scam.

I decided to give them another chance and placed another order... Then I remembered what happened last time... Dealing with these people is like trying to talk to the Rain Man... No response... For weeks on end... I placed the order 10 days ago and hadn't received any order status updates... So I emailed them three days ago... Still nothing... It's mind over matter... They don't mind, and the customer doesn't matter... Really...???

After reading a few negative reviews, and giving a chance and try to Perfect Cases and Frames for the custom creation of a cap case with UV glass and a suede interior bottom, I was very pleased with the case after my careful review (based on the previous reviews). The packaging was well done and the shipping time was suitable with the tracking. The company is currently rather short handed now with the staff, so patience should be included for a well MADE IN THE USA product. Highly recommend.

Recieved a wrong product and there is no repsonse from the tean for the same not at all professional please dont buy anything from perfect case.

I had purchase back case and ordered s24 plus buy they delivered s24 only so I had mailed them to replace my case but still today there was no reply from their side

Poor quality prints and even worse customer service. It is impossible to get a hold of someone working there…no one even picks up the phone ever (it must be a house landline) and the emails don’t get responded to. Uploaded high resolution pictures and they printed so fuzzy. Waste of money!

Sent wrong case. Don't respond to email or answer the phone.

They sent me a wrong case which is much cheaper than what I have paid for.
No reply from them on any channels of communication listed by them on their website. Very poor customer care.

They have shipped a wrong item and that is much cheaper compared to the payment made for the actual item. They don't respond to emails regarding it. This company is a scamming.

They send wrong products n that are cheap . Dont ever order from them

I wanted to give them one star but the cases, if you can ever get them, are pretty. We placed an order back in September. The cases took much longer than they said it would on their website (said ships within a week or something close to that) but they did finally arrive and are beautiful. However one of the name plaques has a typo in it and one arrived with broken glass. Today, 1/11/24 we still do not have the corrected name plate. Then on 11/5/23 we placed an order for 13 items I believe it was. Out of 6 helmet cases all but two were wrong. We ordered rectangle and got octagonal. We contacted them right away, at the end of November, again at the beginning of December (these were Christmas gifts) and could not get anyone to respond. Finally on the 3rd of a January I filed a complaint with my credit card company (the total purchase was over $2,000). Lo and behold they finally responded by saying “sorry we got busy with the holidays”. Our order was for the holidays and place well in advance. They finally corrected 2 of the 4 wrong helmet cases but still have not provided the new name plates to correct their mistake. Don’t do it. There’s a lot of other companies out there that would appreciate your business and treat you like a valued customer, not a burden.

They are scammers giving own reviews. They send cheap products which is not what we have ordered.

I ordered sliver case and they sent black case and there is no return with them and doesn’t reply to any email. Worst customer service. They cheat by taking money and sending wrong product and price of product is no less as well. Paid 999 for a case and received wrong case with no return options or exchange options. Don’t trust this site.

Ordered S22 Green case, they sent red one. no one is responding on whatsapp number given on web or on support email id. Fraud company with no values. Material of delivered product is poor and is not Perfect case by any means.
Dont Buy from them.
