I requested a return online through the returns portal only for it to be declined. I was told a QR code would be emailed to me to enable my order to be refunded manually. It wasn’t. After days of waiting and aware of return time constraints, I had no other option than to visit a store in London personally from my home in Birmingham at considerable expense to me. Trying to contact customer service is a nightmare if you have a problem and believe me, no matter what they state in their typical response, I would say it most definitely is a reflection of their usual customer service. Please take note if you are buying online and need to return items because it may not be as straightforward as it should be.

Received suit in good time, but returned within days. Months later no refund and looking at reviews this is a very common issue. To add insult to injury company have rejected charge back from my bank simply sending evidence of delivery, which was never in dispute. I have had nothing but automated delay responses. Do not go near this company online. I wish I had read trustpilot properly.
Had to leave a negative review on here to receive my refund.
I returned two orders on the same day and received an acknowledgment email that they were received on 9th June. I was sent a refund for one of those orders today after leaving a negative review. I am still awaiting the refund for the other order though. Please can this be rectified? 28 days to receive a refund is appalling and having to rely on leaving negative reviews to get a response out of a company doesn’t seem like a very good technique to maintain customers.
They deliver quickly but if for any reason you have to return anything, don’t expect a refund anytime soon. I returned my items they were delivered quickly back to them, but it’s been over 28 days since the delivery and they still haven’t processed my return for a refund. Absolutely awful customer service.

So far a terrible experience with Percival clothing I am trying to return items but the on line portal did not give me an option for return label I have emailed the customer services several times to no avail and I am very aware that this is eating into my return window.

I ordered a suit towards the end of May which didn’t fit as I had hoped to so sent it back for return - I received an email saying my return was being processed on the 1st of June and it’s now been over a month having not received a refund which is completely unacceptable - I understand difficulties with a small business but over a month to get reimbursed for such a large amount is completely unacceptable.

I placed an order with Percival in early June, and it arrived without any issues, although the tracking status still says “On its way.”
I later requested a return and was provided with a barcode to send the item back. DHL has confirmed that the return was delivered, but I have still received no confirmation from Percival that they have received it or that my refund is being processed.
I have now sent three follow-up emails simply asking for an update. Even a basic response confirming that the return has been received and is in the refund queue would provide some reassurance, but there has been no communication whatsoever.
I understand Percival is a smaller business with a small team, but this level of service is unacceptable. Their clothing is not cheap, and leaving customers waiting weeks for refunds without any communication is incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
I will not shop with Percival again, which is a shame because the clothing itself is actually good.

Disappointing customer service after a return was requested through the portal. Follow up contact sent numerous times through multiple channels requesting a return/ refund and only automated responses received. No details on how to actually return the items for a refund. Continually directed to a chat that doesn’t seem to exist or an email address which doesn’t respond. Can only imagine how slow a refund will actually be if return details are ever shared.

I requested to return my items about 10 days ago and Percival gave not given me a return barcode. The return status is that of my return has been requested and needs to be reviewed. I have sent multiple emails to Percival customer service and have had no replies whatsoever. I would not recommend.

I’ve ordered the same pair of shorts in 2 different sizes, kept only one and returned the other within the return window.
Some time has passed (much longer than stated in their website) since making the return and I still haven’t received any refund, nor is their customer service reachable to provide me with an update. I can’t, in good conscience, give this vendor more than one star when they don’t abide by their own terms, irrespective of the quality of their product.

Customer service has gone completely silent on Order 485993. They are refusing to engage with me on a return on a green suit where the replacement trousers only just arrived, wrongly relying on the returns window in the original broken order. I have contacted Percival four times to resolve directly and they have ignored me. This breaches the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I have had to involve my credit card company even though I would prefer to resolve directly

I have been a loyal customer for about 4 years, buying a few items per year. Recently I bought three items for about £200 and they did not fit so I returned them, but something must have changed in the company as it's been a month since the items have been delivered to their warehouse but I have not received my refund yet. Their policy states 7 days for refund processing after the items arrive to the warehouse. Customer support has not responded in 4 business days, and judging by recent google reviews it is unlikely that they will ever respond. I am upset to have to stop buying from what used to be one of my favourite brands.

Really disappointed with the customer service. I have been trying to return an order as it didn’t fit, and they are yet to respond to my return request despite emailing twice. Looks like this is a recurring issue with other customers as well!

I made a refund with the company with an item I bought through Klarna, Percival emailed me to tell me they had received the refund but still Klarna are chasing me the full amount as Percival haven’t processed the refund I have reached out via email twice now and no response at all from the team it’s been over 2 months!!

I bought two items directly on their website. One was fine and the other arrived defected. I followed the instructions on their website to submit a return request. Apart from an automated reply saying they had received my request there’s been no progress for one week. I’m left with a defected product that I have no way of returning. I even sent an email to their customer service but I don’t think they have anyone checking their inbox. Just be aware what kind of company you’re dealing with here. Whilst the product images all look nice and they will take your money there’s clearly a quality control issue. More importantly they won’t process your return request.
