Dear Percentil Team,

I really appreciate your concept – sustainable fashion at fair prices is more important than ever! However, your website is quite confusing and difficult to navigate. Searching for specific products is often frustrating.

The filter options, in particular, are either too limited or don’t work properly. Improving the site’s structure and navigation would greatly enhance the shopping experience for customers – and likely benefit your sales as well.

With a few optimizations, it could truly be a win-win for both you and your customers.
