Pepper Money still values human judgment
Pepper Money has been an absolute breath of fresh air in a world where big banks let computers make all the decisions. After being declined by major banks without so much as a phone call, I felt completely written off. Pepper Money changed that.
They took the time to look at my situation as a human being, not just a number on a screen. Real people spoke with me, worked through the numbers, the details, and genuinely tried to understand how they could help. That level of care is rare in finance today.
Because of their willingness to listen and assess my case individually, I’ve been given a fresh start. This is exactly what a financial institution should be. Pepper Money still values human judgment.

The employees I spoke with from both the general and hardship teams couldn’t have been more helpful, caring and respectful. Simon and I think it was Angela or Denise (sorry I have forgotten the first person I spoke to, their name) both blew me away with how respectful and helpful they were considering the challenging situation I have found myself in.

Fast, friendly and seamless!
We were unsure of what the process was for paying off a lump sum without having to refinance. Pepper Staff were not only helpful but they also explained how everything was going to work and the timeline. There was absolutely no stress it was fantastic.
