Poor return or exchange policy

I normally dont have any problems shopping at Pepco. They have a nice selection of things but recently I had to exchange and item and it has made me rethink about shopping there in the future. I bought a pair of sandals for my boyfriend that were too big. When I bought the first pair I was told that if I wanted to return them I needed to have the hanger. I made sure to have the hanger, the sandals were in the same condition as when I bought them the only thing is we have taken off the tags. I returned the sandals with the tags but they weren't attached
Come to found out I couldn't do the exchange because the tags weren't attached to the sandals. I could see if taking off the tag caused damage to the sandals but they didn't so I don't see any reason I couldn't exchange them other than greed.
I'll be thinking twice before I shop there

Service or electric companies raising uncontrollable wrongful billing ongoing continue issues problems!!!

it looks like Pepco Electric Company has done it again especially after speaking with Shante Glenn every to three months or so they continue making ongoing errors she acts as if she really actually don’t care. And I watch Ms. Ms. Ransom her getting promoted just a few years ago. But that isn’t even half of the problem it’s almost like they don’t care at times. And we all know it’s a known fact we live in the economy for everything is monopolies, especially when it might come to poor bad business practices. As they continue getting more bigger instead of working toward lower class people continue struggle especially in now days ridiculous price gouging. But you can only pay what I see sent by arrangements at the very beginning why continue changing with all these ridiculous increasing it’s about time we stand together to let these sort of companies know enough of this madness. Because if we don’t make them stand up to their obligations or there , they will continue sending these unfairly unrecognized prices trying not to rendered their original obligations as promise at the beginners of the cycle. Also, I’m noticing it’s like they’re reading from a script when you’re talking to them because you can find the same information on your belly manifest, wise energy program thaimmediate supervisor who are so disrespectful why they continue downside and talking while your build is incorrect. It’s almost like they don’t care especially after receiving a ridiculous bill that would totally be ransom Ms. Ransom, but that isn’t even half of the problem after they lowered my bill so it would make sense. Now let’s not forget Ms. Glenn, who was part of the actual adjustment of the original billing agreement itself. It’s almost looks like they want you to do there job for them even though after a few payments you’ve billing keep on changing with too many outrageous price gouging mistakes price on the energy even though there are the one’s who operates you’re thermostat inside of the home. But it goes a little bit like this. You only can contact them after seeing a bill come in the mail. Also especially when act they acted as if you’re bothering them when all you want to do is get your bill officiated incorrectly with our proper discount, oh by the way It gets worse than this, so what’s you’re worst problem when it might come dealing with them as a company let’s talk no obligations as promise at the very beginners of the cycle too many outrageous price gouging too many ongoing mistakes being made by there workers themselves this will never stop. So isn’t it about time we stand together to tell these sort of big tycoon companies, enough of wrongful billing cycles on the company you would think you trust. We The People will continue watching way holding accountability on you all it’s headed for a class action lawsuit if you aren’t careful.
