My undercounter ro unit started having leakage problem in 6 months. They fixed it once but again it stared leaking in a month's time. Service is pathetic. Everytime you call they say technician will visit tomorrow. It's been 8 days now and no resolution. Don't go by their ad, buy branded products only.

1. customer care was very worst
2. Service person was from third party and they changed completely billed amount 4800rs just for service.
we bought machine for 15000 rs and he changed every parts inside for 4800rs all parts are not peore equipment...some unbranded parts
Really irriatated a lot...pls stop cheating the customer.
They are only selling product no service..dont spoil your money..

Three Issues I want to highlight.
1) The very reason for buying a purifier is false. The TDS became double within 10 months of usage.
2) The support is by third party and quality neither monitored nor there is any standard operating procedure. The call center is pathetic and they don't have basic understanding of the issues.
3) The very claim of half the maintenance cost against the competition is FRAUD. When we buy maintenance of other brands purifier, all parts are covered including plastic part, motor , adapter etc. In case of Peore, its just the filter cost and everything else is on actual basis, making them costlier. The plastic Parts are substandard and pre filter was leaking within one year.

Overall, please be careful, They are making false claims.

This was my first experience with Peore ordering a replacement filter tap and TDS meter for my RO water filter, Since this was a new entrant in the market, I was justifiably skeptical but everything was smooth - the website is responsive, items were delivered at the promised time and the the parts were great and form/function is excellent. Keep up the good work
