Unwelcoming Travel Company
I am writing this review to detail my highly concerning experience with Penny Pinching Globetrotter. The CEO is still posting negative information about me in retaliation for writing unfavorable reviews. She has a history of posting hostile public rhetoric to demonize individuals. She appears to rely on inflammatory language and a receptive audience to cultivate a climate more conducive to division, hatred and violence. A similar pattern was noted in a Better Business Bureau complaint dated December 7, 2023, where a customer who canceled a trip reported that the CEO posted false information and subjected them to public ridicule, contempt, and hatred.
Penny Pinching Globetrotter’s marketing is selectively based, a practice that may be unsuitable for a public-facing organization. The CEO’s own statements confirm this bias:
• "if you don’t agree with my stance that’s okay cause there are plenty who do and those are the people that I want to travel with."
• "I definitely do not want to travel with people who support Trump and therefore the destruction of American democracy."
• "Am pretty open about my values which is why I attract like minded people. So my marketing will stay the same as it’s working. Rarely does a Trump lover slip through the cracks.”
If you are considering a trip with Penny Pinching Globetrotter, be aware that the group dynamic may not be a good fit for everyone.
