I hardly ever write reviews. The list is too long. Save yourselves headaches going with some other company. Terrible terrible customer service, it's like impossible to get you a questions answered. Very poor communication. Long waits on the phone and then the phone call drops after 45 minutes and they never call you back. I have nothing to gain or lose by putting this review. Don't do it!

I got the direct line and the loan processor and the sales guy. It awesome to get the same guy through the process and it was even better when I would call in they would answer. No waiting on hold, that made it easy.
