They are the best, extending to every man and woman in their team..Never have i received anything less than respect and genuine care for my well being.Knowledgeable and able to help with the many chores I can not do for my self.They move mountains in the daily half hour visit.I have become badly disabled,the staff at Penhellis make my life lovable .Thank you to every one of you who make me feel special with a loving hand and nothing is to much trouble…x

My parents have been receiving regular care from this company and they are amazing. My only very mild moan would be that communication between the office staff and the carers could be better. Having said that, I can not fault any of the amazing carers that have helped my parents. Right up until the sudden passing of my dad where every single carer upped their game even further and bent over backwards to ensure my mums needs were met on every physical and emotional level. For anyone worried about who is coming in and out of their parents home need not worry with this company. The carers all have a very good sense of humour whilst maintaining kindness and compassion at all times. My personal favourites are Hannah, Adnan and Izzy. Thank you all so much. You do an incredible job for the community
