On the website cant delete old Badges and unfortunately the old Badge was put on the kit.
If you could delete the old badges from the website this wouldn't if happened.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to delete saved artwork from your account if you're logged in on the main Pendle website. We understand that this can be frustrating, and this is a feature we'd like to introduce in the future. If your club has a club shop, however, we are able to delete artwork there.
When you place an order, you get an email asking you to confirm the order. At this point you can check that all the artwork is correct e.g. the badge, before you pay for it. If the badge selected was wrong, you can request to change it at this point.
If you've received the wrong badge on your kit, please get in touch with us on enquiries@footballkit.co.uk / 01943 601938 and we'll be able to resolve this for you.

It's so easy working with Pendle

Fantastic company
I bought my oldest boy tracksuit bottoms off this website a few years back and returned lately to buy the same ones again for my youngest. As there was changes in the style and size of the same trousers compared to my first order they didn't suit. I queried this with Pendle and their customer service was first class. They worked with me and provided the size I needed with no problem. The communication was fantastic as well as their attention to detail. Many thanks

Update: Pendle contacted me the morning after this review (after had also emailed customer support) and sorted the issue out in a quickly and explained that the issue was caused by a faulty batch of material supplied by their supplier and apologised. They sent out replacement items for next day delivery.
Excellent after sales support. Would give 5 stars but for the initial issue with the polo shirt.

3 items ordered, jacket is ok, t-shirt is ok, not great quality but the polo shirt is terrible quality. Had it on for a few hours and it's like I have been attacked by a cat, and I don't even own one.
Delivery was quick.

What a way to do business , one email explaining my issue with a football kit been too big and needing a replacement one ,sent with two pictures .next email from these guys the same kit but smaller with all the branding and the number required for his team and the cost . Paid and delivered within days so so easy . Top marks .

Excellent service from first contact through the process of getting sponsorship logos tweaked to display perfectly on the shirts, Ollie in sales really helped with all the questions I had and kept me regularly updated on progress through to delivery which was in just a few days from placing the order.
