Horrible experience post purchase

We purchased a vehicle from Peel WA Auto Centre. They falsely advertised that there was documented full logbook servicing and that it is still under new car warranty. We were treated very rudely, belittled and dismissed. We are taking the matter to ACCC as they refused to take the vehicle back with a full refund. Do not recommend this business at all. The dealer principal's response was "see you in court in 6 months" and dropped the phone. They seem to have a total disregard for Consumer Protection laws and placing profits first and customers last.
