Pedal Power were simply excellent.

We had difficulties with our chosen bike supplier but Pedal Power, guided by Jonathan, was extremely helpful in resolving any issues that had been created. What could have been an unpleasant experience was dealt with professionally and with a positive and very helpful attitude. We would like to give an unreserved recommendation to anyone considering a bike purchase. We doubt you'd find a better company than Pedal Power for all biking needs. They were excellent!

Staff are really knowledgeable

Staff are really knowledgeable, but super friendly and approachable with it. Just bought a bike and did a bike fit & it was the best experience I’ve ever had in a bike shop! Helpful & informative, and didn’t make me feel like a muppet. Excellent customer service. Thank you 😀

Terrible service, won't be back

Booked my bike in as it had to go to a Specialized dealer to get the Future Shock serviced. Explained the issue on the phone and again at drop off, yet when I went to collect it the issue hadn't been rectified. When I tried to discuss the issue with the mechanic at collection, and again demonstrate the issue with the Future Shock he just kept saying "we can't service that", eventually saying "it's a sealed unit and we'd need to replace the whole thing". When I asked why they hadn't called to suggest that, as promised at drop off, he just said "well they're £250-£300". Gave up at that point. So now 2 hours of driving and £128 down to get back a bike that's in a worse condition than when it went in (shock won't even lock out now). £5500 bike unrideable because a mechanic wouldn't suggest the correct parts.

Service at a level over and above

Service at a level over and above. We had just crossed the Forth Bridge en route from John O' Groats when disaster struck and we accidentally trashed my bike. Arrived at Pedal Power early the next morning to be greeted with a can-do attitude that I didn't realise existed any more. Two hours later and we were on our way with a perfectly fettled new bike. These guys are awesome!
