I purchased a Trek bicycle from Pedalon over 2 years ago. Sadly after many had winter miles the freehub and bearing’s failed. I searched the internet to find a replacement but couldn’t be certain which was the correct product. I then e-mailed Pedalon who responded quickly stating although not advertised they had one in stock. I ordered it at a very reasonable cost and received it 2 days later and fitted it. Excellent service.

Found a great bike deal online which I wanted via cyclescheme. Whole process was all so simple, quick 5min call with Paul and bike was ordered, email link to pay small deposit and voucher awaited. Once voucher was issued virtually no delay in getting bike sent out by next day delivery.
Unfortunately arrived with a bent derailleur hanger, but even that was managed efficiently, and new hanger received next day.
Would definitely recommend if looking at online bike purchase

Ordered 2 gear hangers with fixing bolts attached. Came in a bubble pouch but were clanging around against each other - a fragile item needs a little more protection!

Really easy to find what I needed and fast delivery.

Ordered a bike via the website, delivery was delayed for a day by TNT. The shop called to apologise when this wasn't even their fault. Bike was received next day but due to bad handling by TNT the mech hanger was damaged. Pedalon sent it out next day recorded delivery. Overall excellent service. Will definitely use them for any future purchases.

I bought my dream bike from pedalon in August at a bargin price, unfortunately 3 days before my biking holiday to France there was a problem with the di2 shifter not responding at all. The staff at pedalon were excellent, they sent a replacement shifter express delivery to my LBS the same day.
Paul from pedalon was especially helpful, reassuring me the shifter would arrive on time and to enjoy my holiday.
True to his word, shifter arrived next day and I got to take my dream bike to France on a fantastic holiday.

What's most important when shopping is that someone has what you want and they can get it to you with the minimum fuss. Pedalon were one of the few places that had the BB tool I wanted and with free delivery the price was quite reasonable. The website feels a bit basic but it all worked fine and the part arrived really quickly. Perfect, thank you.

I had never heard of Pedalon before ordering, but they had a few parts that I had been after for a while at a very competitive price. Thought I'd give it a go and was pleasantly surprised with a free delivery, which was also super quick. Very happy customer and will use them again if possible.
