We are a Woodsure `Ready to Burn` Accredited supplier and pride ourselves on the supply of products to the highest quality. Bulk discounts available. We offer our domestic customers regular fortnightly deliveries or one-off deliveries in the Scottish Borders, Northumberland, Mid and East Lothian delivered direct to your door. We have just had our chimney sweeped…
We have just had our chimney sweeped this week. As usual we got an excellant service from Paul who has been coming for the last few years .We have used other companies in the past but in our opnion the service offered by Paul is the best . In short we would not trust any other company to sweep the chimney .
We also use Pearsons for our coal delivery for the last 7 years never had any issues , We normally email Jane and by magic our coal bunker is restocked.

We had our coal today ,which was delivered a day early . Considering the extreme weather at the moment. & the coal we’re using ( down to the last bucket) we were really please to see the lorry . The coal was put in our coal box , Down to the good service of Pearson’s delivery lad . Also the staff when you phone are very helpful too

Very good all round
Very happy with Pearsons of Duns and we are repeat customers. Good range of fuel on offer. Website easy to navigate and fuel always delivered as promised. Delivery man tips it out into bunker for us. Nothing to fault.

Solid fuel deliveries
Deliveries to my area are fortnightly on Mondays. Order by the preceding Friday, and your fuel arrives like clockwork on the following Monday. The office staff who take your order are always polite, cheerful and helpful. Likewise the driver who puts your fuel in your bunker. The five stars are well deserved.

Keep our home fires burning!
We have used Pearsons for many years and have always found them reliable. The staff on the phones, delivery and sweep are helpful and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Terrible company
Awful company. Bought a new bagging machine which customers are now paying inflated prices to cover the cost of their purchase. Poor delivery service. Awful customer service experience. They bought out the competition to gain a monopoly so they can now treat customers appallingly with no recourse.

Placed an order for 12 sealed bags 50kg…
Placed an order for 12 sealed bags 50kg each driver had 12 open bags on the truck plus 24 25kg bags in other words double our order, the driver was very good and left 6 open bags and 12 closed 25kg bags and took the excess away. Obviously confusion with the order as we were charged the correct amount.
