Big big SCAM. Placed an order in Jan and no shoes four to five months later. However I was lucky very lucky Paypal reimbursed me the entire amount. How they have the audacity to even advertise on the internet. I wish someone would shut them down.

This company is bogus. Don’t use PayPal no help.

Not much to say that hasn't been said- scam for sure. Going on 4 months and no shoes. The emails they respond back tell me I'm unable to cancel my order because "it has shipped". The tracking order does work in any delivery system to check status. Lesson learned- always check the reviews!

This is a rip off company much like PayPal is a rip off payment solution. I ordered shoes without reading reviews, (my mistake) and 3 months, no shoes and they say they were shipped the week after they received my payment thru PayPal. Tracking info is B.S. and unless you can read Chinese, good luck with that. PayPal sends e-mails every 2-3 weeks saying it is under review and still never got my money back. Stay away from both of these company's. I thought PayPal insured me of getting my product, or money back. They are terrible. Stay away from these companys

ALWAYS research first. You can tell by Pay Pal only as payment that it's a scam. That's the first tell. Secondly the so called website has NO contact info.Just a pictuure of an item and direct to checkout. Third There is no sizing chart. Even lousy scammers know to include this. Fourth CHINA corrupt , dishonest fraudulent. Do NOT ever order anything on line from China, There is no legal juristiction. Finally google the so called co name even the fake name and you'll usually get hits. Here there are hundreds. 1 star. If no reviews come up than also presume fraudulent as they are paying to "hide" remove reviews which is another trick they use. I did not get fooled but I know the scammers scams

I ordered a blouse back in April, it is now June and still no delivery! I have tried to contact you 3 times and not the courtesy of a reply. I certainly see why you have a one star rating.

I'm wondering if this fake company is part or Pearlgo/Fashioncosy? Major scammers out of Hong Kong. I have to go to war to get my money back. Thank god I have fraud protection from my bank. BEWARE!

Hi wish i had read the reviews of this company as i have also had no goods received they are now not returning any of my emails in the last 2 weeks i have been waiting nearly 3 months received a tracking number from then which i used according to the tracking number my shoes have been on a plane from China for 3 weeks i hate the fact they are still allowed to advertise and more people losing their money if u have paid by debit card you can claim ur money back it’s called a charge back which i have been lucky enough to get a refund from the Halifax all banks have a duty to try and get ur money back by using the charge back good luck to anyone who’s able to get a refund

Just got off my phone with my credit card company and had them lock my card after already ordering shoes from this site..Read all the reviews and am disappointed in companies like this. Will read reviews on all sites from now on before I order anything online again. Lesson learned

Junk company,make sure to read reviews. Very very bad business, purchased shoes and 2 months and counting still no shoes. And no response from so called company.

I did order two pairs of shoes because they look great and thinking this is a German site they will be precisely as described and shown. Then i saw trustpilot and saw all you comments. I will thank you all for writing here because i now know better. They sent me emails telling me i still have shoes in the shopping basket and if i buy i get another 15% off. Let me think about this. NO WAY!!! So thanks to you, you saved one from loosing his money.

Place an order back in March.3, 2020, and Apr.30, one is shipping for a month now. they will not talk to you. So next step is contact my card company and the state Attorney...

When I read other reviews..I'm not surprised. Ordered pair of shoes 3 weeks ago, and still not shipped. My first clue after placing order was a status update I got from them saying "Order Being Proceeded". What? Can't even get their grammar correct. Tried to cancel order twice, but they do not answer any emails.

Stay away from this site. Could be possible bogus company.

I ordered shoes 2 months ago, still haven’t received them yet, the tracking # doesn’t even exist ..,.Don’t be the next victim.

I've shopped here before and sometimes good and sometimes not. They have tried to work with me when something goes wrong. A couple things to remember: China is not America. Sizes are different and they are not 60% overweight. Even small sizes here are pretty big there. They also don't deal too much in "instant gratification" or demands to get something NOW! I have found that patience and respect go a long with them and if you can't do that, then probably should shop USA.

DO NOT order from these people.
I ordered shoes 2 months early for my daughters birthday. Still dont have them. And when i click on my order # and tracking it still says "pending to be shipped ". I tried reaching out, no luck!! $32 down the drain.
I guess its my fault for not thoroughly checking this fake a$$ company out first before giving them my money. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
