Im so greatful I found peanut print. They are professional, fast print and deliver of 50k flyers within 2-3 days is amazing and exceeded my expectations. The quality of the print is brilliant and best of all they are cheap compared to many others. They give you an option for them to check your graphic work for print which is helpful to ensure your getting it right for print. Really happy and will be doing business with them again. Multiple -named business cards
If I had only wanted one sort of cards with one named person I would have marked 5 stars as the cards are great, but I wanted 3 different named cards. I couldn't see a way to do this on the web site although upload instructions told you how to make your PDF for such a scenario so I called to ask and was told I couldn't do it. Consequently I had to place 3 orders for 3 cards. Not too much of a pain, but it cost me more! And the annoying thing was that a week later when I wanted more cards, the multi name option was there, on the website. I still used Peanut Print again and will continue to do so, but that experience, particularly as I phoned in, was rather annoying.

Site fails to perform
Kept getting refused files even though the same files had been used before, this wastes a lot of time trying to sort it out and to be honest the company did not care!

I have been investigating into your recent purchase, our artwork system checked your new print file and it flagged up an error that the fonts had not been embedded which meant we could not proceed to print. If we did use the supplied file the non-embedded fonts would not appear on the print which is why our Pre Press team informed you of the issue and to supply replacement files.
We have improved our customer communication because of your recent feedback. We appreciate our customers comments and look to improve on anything our customers are not happy with.

Issue resolved
I ordered flyers via your website - it was easy to place the order, they arrived quickly and I was kept informed of delivery dates etc, which was very helpful. I was not happy with the product that I received, but was informed that this was down to the original art file that I supplied. The issue has now been resolved following discussion with the customer services team, who have been helpful, polite and professional.

Many thanks for your review. As previously discussed, when you purchased the flyers online you had ticked the box to confirm you agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the 'Just Print' artwork service, which informs you that we only print what has been supplied.
The reason for the duller colours on your printed flyers was because the artwork file was supplied in RGB colour, all litho printers print in CMYK.
For better result we do advise in our Technical Guide to supply artwork files in CMYK.
As a gesture of good will, we have offered to reprint the flyers again for you free of charge and also offered to help fix the original artwork file in order to give you the result you wanted.

The only thing cheap about these flyers was the price
I've got a background in graphic design and printing going back a long, long time. So long, in fact, that I can remember when a four-colour leaflet would have taken weeks' of work in pre-press and, accordingly, cost quite a lot of money.
I'm well used to the digital age by now and I've used Peanut Print before, but I'm still amazed at the quality of work, speed of turnaround and low cost. Great stuff, guys.

Lowest priced, quality prints and great custoner service
Pricing is the cheapest for 125 cards. Quality
of prints and ready made card designs is very good.
Customer service prompt and concise. Print and delivery times stated 10 so please be aware as they often do deliver around that time.
I will use this printer again.
