Beware this company is a total scam!!
The sales guy is a charlatan. He lied and lied some more. Told us this fancy thermostat sends alerts when the unit isn’t working properly. The unit has been freezing, no alerts or anything was done. I’ve called several times had techs come out, one time they never even showed up. The thermostat wires weren’t connected wasn’t properly connected when the AC unit was installed initially then a tech told me that sometimes these things just need to work themselves out, another tech told me to wash my condenser every other week. This was all supposed to fix the issue of it keeps freezing.
I keep calling and the office girl said she’d have a manager reach out, no manager has reached out. I leave messages no follow up.
My old AC unit was old but it never froze. This one my fan makes this awful whomping noise and is so loud. I can’t stand to be in my living.
I would avoid this company at all costs. They claim to have 24hr emergency service, no such thing exists. If it’s going to be 90 degrees outside over the weekend, you’re S.O.L. So if you have any medical conditions that are sensitive to excessive heat and humidity you best go stay at a hotel.
