Allowed me to make £60 in deposits then closed my account. If they didn’t want to allow me to have an account they should have closed the account prior to allowing me to deposit. Pretty confident that had I won with those deposits before the closed the account they would have voided my winnings.
If I receive these deposits back by tomorrow I’ll remove this review and forget about it. If not the review will stay and I’ll contact my bank to start a chargeback for the deposits
Recommend anyone experiencing similar contact their bank and initiate a chargeback and report fraud

Reversed Withdrawal and not being honest
I have been playing on this site for a while and never had any issues and enjoyed playing. Since the takeover, there are constant issues with games crashing etc.
I logged onto my account the other night and played a couple of the games I enjoy playing and won and withdrew £330, £2,700 and another £1,400. Normally the withdrawals go through very quickly these didn’t! I have been checking and contacting Customer Support via email and chat over the last few days as also had trouble logging in.
I was informed that there was a technical issue and that my withdrawals would be processed within 24hours - 2-3 days later and nothing has been paid into my bank.
I then get a “standard email” this evening stating that there were issues with deposits being credited twice in error and to check on the website regarding withdrawals. Having checked the status of all 3 of my withdrawals, they have all been reversed!! I am VERY ANGRY AND UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS
I had made plans etc and put some expenses on my credit card knowing this money would be coming my way and now it looks like I’ve been put in a very precarious position financially.
LETS SEE IF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOYALTY MEAN ANYTHING TO THIS COMPANY AND THEY PAY ME MY WINNINGS IMMEDIATELY

This does mean that, unfortunately, there will be times when winning spins won't occur as often as one would hope, and there will be times when the opposite is true. As much as you may not believe it to be so, it is purely down to chance. Nothing is guaranteed.
