I have now confirmed that they have charged me for the as yet (2 months later) unreceived items. Still no response from the company and I am about to report them Trading Standards and the Police Action Fraud service
Order placed 2/9th now 28th, no update since order confirmation. Multiple emails to customer service ignored, no other way to contact this company. No idea if I have been charged as you never know what name they might be charing you under. Stress I didn't need associated with a simple clothing order.
