A decent company to deal with, although the customer service can be a bit forgetful. However, I still rate them five stars because their intentions are good and honest.

This is one of the best tech companies I have ever used. The customer service is absolutely amazing and the guy I spoke to on my phone helped me with my questions when I went to go and purchase the Lenovo Thinkpad T470s. It is in brilliant condition and there are no problems with it at all. If you want a good refurbished laptop, you must purchase this.

Amazing customer service. They tried to fix over the phone, were very patient and then sent helpful links but ultimately it had to go back and be fixed after I suspect my son had been clumsy with it. They fixed it totally, under warranty and returned it supernaturally fast.

Brilliant service, refurbished laptop was like new and worked perfectly out of the box. Initially I was sceptical at how cheap the prices were, and was worried about not buying new. But as other reviews were positive I went ahead and I am really glad I did. Arrived really quickly too, I would definitely use them again.

I had a Lenovo P51 at work before they replaced it with something "better". It was a fabulous machine in every respect (apart from the weight) and when I needed a new personal laptop, this model was my obvious choice. You can't get them new any more and a google search brought up PC Renewed, so I went to them. The machine arrived promptly and is almost indestinguishable from new. I am very, very pleased with the whole experience and would order from them again for sure.

The best custom service. Joey was there to answer any questions I had prior to buying. He gave honest advice. Never trying to upsell me things I wouldn't have benefitted from. Laptop was in great condition, replaced a faulty charger the very next day. I will be recommending to everyone I know
