PC Renewed Reviews 

I have bought 6 laptops from PC Renewed in the last few months. One had a faulty screen, which was replaced next day. I rate them very highly, as their method of refurbishment gives a Grade A laptop, at a Grade C price. I certainly reccomend them.

Laptop arrived promptly, battery holds a charge, in the expected condition, very happy.

Item was delivered promptly. Great care had been taken with the packaging. I was super impressed with the condition of the laptop! Would buy again and shall promote family and friends to consider this service in the future.

Initial problem (supplied with 8GB rather than 16GB) dealt with immediately and appropriately. (Things do sometimes go wrong, what's important is how it's dealt with).
Will be happy to buy from this company again.

I bought a refurbished Lenovo laptop and it arrived quickly and in excellent condition.

Communicated well and kindly offered a discount when the delivery was delayed by a couple of days. Product was in excellent condition also.

Overall I knew I was buying a 6th Gen chip forced onto win 11. No problem there, but it would have been much better if the BIOS had been updated and network boot disabled to make for a smoother startup. Can't really complain for the price :)

This is my second laptop purchase from PC Renewed. Both have gone exactly as promised, the condition is virtually brand new with not even the slightest scratch. Both arrived very securely packed. I emailed with a question re delivery and was answered by Paul within hours. Will certainly recommend and will definitely use again. Well worth a 5 star rating.

Laptops Made Easier!
I've built a fair few PCs but hate dealing with/upgrading laptops. Therefore when my Mother wanted a pink laptop I spotted PC Renewed, took a chance and I'm glad I did. Lovely little refurbished machine, works well and so far after 2 months has not caused any hassle! Thank You.

I bought a refurbished laptop with high specs. I was impressed with PC renewed staff effeciency to resolve issues to my full satisfaction. I strogly recommend PC Renewed.

The Refurbished Laptop arrived in good time was as described. I did however call up to get the windows product key as there was no sticker on the machine.
It appears that I haven't received a response confirming what the key is. Although the staff on the phone seemed polite and helpful in answering questions before and after purchase.
