Great and friendly service
Great and friendly service. They changed my laptop cover within a day or so at a reasonable and much lower rate than some other outlets. They were transparent on the risk and what they could (not) do. I will return there when I need IT repair.

Helal is the best for answering questions in an easy to understand way
I needed to transfer all my data from my desktop computer (which finally gave up) onto my laptop.
Helal was SO PATIENT and answered all my questions I had concerning sycing my printer & using Clickfree & a dozen other questions. ( I'm not very computer literate )
At no time did Helal show impatience. I thoroughly recommend him if you want somebody to explain things in an easy to understand way. 10/10.

amazing guys, very helpful, experts in their field, fast service. I gave in my PC on thursday, Friday was easter holiday, and my PC was ready by saturday

Highly recommended…
I have used the Putney branch for years for repairs and upgrades. Very technically competent and able to explain complex issues. Will always suggest cost saving solutions eg adding RAM to a a laptop rather than replacing it. Highly recommended
