I tried downloading Office 2019 that I purchased and it said the key had been used. I haven't downloaded it to a computer. It had to put my email address used so I thought maybe I did and don't remember, so I used the email It would have been. I even checked my desktop and laptop to see if it was on them, I called Microsoft but they didn't see me as having office. I've emailed PCdestination multiple times and I've gotten no response. I wanted to either get my money back or have a code to install. If I reach them, I will update my post.

BUYER BEWARE!!! In desperation I bought "Office 2019 for Mac" from PCdestination without first checking them out. I bought and successfully downloaded the software - key and all, ie the license. Everything seemed fine. However, when I tried to access Excel (first for which I had to create an account with MS and then sign-in to use their software ... even though I had purchased and downloaded the software to my laptop), a window popped notifying me that I didn't have a license! I emailed PCdestination at the address they provided "if I were to experience any difficulties" and to date they have provided no follow-up for resolution. So, I'm out roughly $200 Cdn and no software on my laptop. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Purchased MS Office 2016 Pro and within days the product key was not working. No responses to chat, email or calls.... Save your $$$.

Everything went fairly well. The install never asked for the install code and all my files are tied to one drive. I wanted it all to local to this pc.

Scam, purchased MS Excel & Microsoft said it was exhausted. Contacted company be email and phone and they never provided a refund or responded. I hope Microsoft goes after them.

I dont recommend buying anything from pc destination. the download link they sent is dead. I sent them a email about it I received a message saying sorry about your troubles. Please send a screen shot of the issue. i sent them a screen shot never received follow up for two days. I sent another email asking for my money back they sent another email saying sorry about your troubles. Please send a screen shot of the issue. Since when their troubles became my problem ? I sent them another email saying the screen shots they requested was already attached in the previous emails. I sent another screen shot. All this sounds like they want you to wear out and keep your money by sending fake download links.

I give PCDestination a zero-rating. Unable to download purchased Office program. Unable to contact or reconcile the problem. Just lost $102. Stay away from this company

This was a reorder of a product I was unable to get technical support for or any kind of a refund. I got a working product this time after paying twice.

Never got a product key with the download.
Why?????

Purchased a Dell XPS 13, and I’m glad I did! Upon arrival and I open the package this laptop was like brand new even though it was refurbished it is absolutely lightning fast, which I’m not used to. The graphics are unbelievable! I absolutely love it! They have excellent communication. They answered my questions right away, And I absolutely understood every word they were saying! They are a MUST buy from seller! *****😄

We had some issue with the installation, that eventually were narrowed down to a microsoft issue and not anything to do with PC Destination. However, the support team worked through the MS issue with us and got us up and running. They were fantastic and keep us coming back. Thank you so much.

I purchased MS Office 2013 and did receive download emails with product keys. However, I had to contact 'Jon' doing the CS Chat several times. The first product key was invalid per the message from MS and the 2nd and 3rd product keys were used too many times per Microsoft. PC Dest could not provide a valid key to activate the product.
