Thorough actionable homebuyers survey

I contacted Peter Collins Chartered Surveyor along with about another 6 surveyors for quotations for a home buyer survey. Peter provided a quotation which was competitive and timescales which suited us. Communication was great and Peter arranged his visit directly with the sales agent. The report was provided very quickly and is thorough without being over finicky, all the information provided in the report is actionable and we have been given a very clear understanding of the properties immediate and ongoing maintenance requirements. We couldn't have asked for a better service and value for money- Thank you Peter.
