How this company uses Trustpilot
See how their reviews and ratings are sourced, scored, and moderated.
Beware of their "terms and conditions". They don't accept any returns, even if the item box is unopened. I ordered a wrong part for a mobile computer workstation as the description on their site was confusing. They use the pandemic as an excuse to refuse returns. Stick with reputable online retailers who will accept returns in case there is something wrong with the purchase.
On a Thursday I ordered a monitor that had 5 in stock. I get an email the next day saying I had to pay more for shipping due to oversized item. Never have I before had to pay extra for shipping after the fact. Feels fishy to me.
Monday roles around and the Item has still not shipped. Tuesday, no shipment. It was not until the end of the day Tuesday, 5 days after I originally placed the order that someone finally figured out what was going on with my order. They claim it was on backorder and won't arrive for 2-3 weeks plus additional delivery time.
I had the opportunity to buy this monitor elsewhere (aka Amazon) for a few additional dollars, but decided to try PC-Canada to save 20 bucks. In the long run I did not save as they charged me additional for shipping and never received the item. Amazon is since sold out and I now have to wait 3 weeks regardless.
If you don't want unexpected charges and want an item that is actually in stock that should ship same or next day, DO NOT SHOP WITH PC-CANADA.

Order a mini desktop computer yesterday. First, they told me that my Master Card was not recognized as credit card and when I send an eTranfer, I am told they did not receive it, even though it has been sent by my bank. I am reading all those reviews and I am beginning to worry that they are delaying my order and that my payment will suddenly appear after they increase the price on me. According to my contact Yenny, who is very nice and seem to do her best to assist me, my order is on hold and reserved for me for 2 days, so 1 day remaining...
UPDATE: It turns out I made a typo in the eTransfer email. Problem fixed and my order has shipped. I am totally happy with the service! A big thank you to Yenny!

I ordered a TPM-M R2.0 Asus TPM-M R2.0 Trusted Platform Module in anticipation of Windows 11. It got here with 3 days, I plugged it in and all was good. Happy with my experience with PC-Canada

I bought a laptop that was "In Stock". Confirm all the details (that it was in stock) with the billing department on the phone and was told the laptop was likely to be shipped during the day. Got an email an hour later saying the item was B/O with no other information than that I have to wait.
Try to call and have more informations, but the only offer I got was to cancel the order.
There's nothing that pissed me off more than an online company not able to have their inventory straight and selling dreams to customers.

The return policy although specific ...only defective items means you have to be very careful (in my case one Cisco 48V power supply vs another for various Cisco IP8 series phone. The documentation was a bit slim to avoid issues, Better to use a local retail outlet with a more lenient return policy ..even %^#&* forbid Amazon!
I placed my order and it was delivered the very next day! Very happy with the service!

UPDATE:
A customer service agent reached out to help resolve the situation and we were able to reach an amenable solution.
I'm greatly appreciative for the engagement from PC Canada but remain disappointed that it took a public lashing for them to do the right thing and treat their customers with the respect they deserve.
Original review:
Abysmal customer service and return policies. This company is interested in taking your money and NEVER helping you in any way whatsoever.
I've spent a couple thousand there and, the first time I needed help, totally got shafted and told to take a hike.
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service.

I bought a 13.3 inch Lenovo ThinkBook. The entire process was hassle-free but thorough. Shipment was prompt and the laptop was delivered properly packaged but still with original seal.
The laptop itself is a great product (ThinkBook 13s G2) with Ryzen 4800U CPU and 16GB RAM. It is very fast and responsive and generally pretty quiet. The fan usually kicks in when there is an update that is being installed. I don't play games so no heating issues. But so far I did not notice any heating - the bottom part remained fairly cool. The screen of this model has a 16:10 aspect ratio which is better than 16:9 for online browsing and working on documents. Also, it is a QHD screen with 300 nits brightness and ~100% sRGB color gamut. So, for CAD1206, it is a pretty good deal.
Great support via chat! And great experience shopping and purchasing here.

I recently pre-ordered an out of stock item on their website. I received said item today, to my legitimate amazement. I honestly didn't expect to get one before April at best. I have now added this site to my favorites along with Newegg and Amazon. I came to trust pilot as I wasn't sure about PC Canada (terrible name). I can confirm (from Kamloops, BC) that this is a legit site.

Really really rude customer service, My order was cancelled as PC Canada was flagged as fraud by my bank. When I asked them if they can do some discount to make up, they turned totally rude and ended the chat without any notice. How can I expect any future customer service from such team? Horrible

I ordered a CPU from them (i5-10600KF), and the order arrived within two days, the online tracking was very convenient and allowed me to know when my package would arrive.
I will likely shop here again in the future; will update this review when I do so.

As all other online shopping website, the consumer can’t see or touch the actual items. We only can rely on the photos the company post on their website. I ordered a headset on Jan 31th from P.C. Canada base on the photo they show on their website. They show a clear and big photo for the item and has all the description to describe the items on the side. And it is on its own webpage. The photo and description are the one I want to buy so I ordered it. I never dream to think someone would use entirely different photo or description to sell.I got the headset yesterday and it turned out it wasn’t the one I saw. I emailed their customer service. They reply me as below
“This may be a situation where the photo on our website did not match the product as per disclaimers under all photos on the site: "Photo is for illustration purposes only. Actual product may be different."” What the devious strategy? Lesson learned! Hope whoever reading it can learn from my mistake.
No better than the scalpers, or maybe we should say they are officially licensed scalpers. At least the scalpers don’t increase the price of your agreed upon back order to squeeze every possible penny out of their victims/customers.
