PB Tech is where I go if I don’t have time to do a lot of research, because I know I’ll be happy with what I buy. The product descriptions and specs are usually very comprehensive and there are always at least a few product reviews. I very rarely go anywhere else for tech or accessories. Customer service is also top notch.

PB Tech usually have great sales, and my place of employment uses PB Tech for things so it makes sense that I also use the same company.
Site is easy to use and delivery is quick. It really is a hassle free process

Very happy with the various products I purchased. Paying by credit card was glitchy so I paid by internet banking instead. Packaging for the thumb drive was well and truly OTT.

Under promise, over deliver. I bought an item online and there was a warning that it would take a couple of weeks to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived within a week!

When I need something fast I always go to PBTech. For instance went online to buy headphones from Apple, it was gonna take a week to deliver but with PB Tech it came a day or two after I ordered. Plus I got a freebie with the headphones, and quality of the freebie was also great, not too sure about headphones as they are a gift but they look in good condition after delivery.
