I want to share my experience with…
I want to share my experience with Payzone’s top-up points. My main issue is not with Payzone itself, but with the inconsistency across their payment locations. First, I visited a store at QR MINI MARKET(HX14NE) , and the staff there said the owner had stopped card payments. Then, I went to another location called Mr. Blue (HX14JX), where they also only accepted cash. Finally, at a third location, Wheatley Store(HX35JR), I was able to top up using my card. This inconsistency wastes time and causes frustration. If Payzone allows card payments at one location, it should be the same everywhere. Payzone needs to better inform and train their top-up points to ensure a consistent customer experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.
