Blocked Bank Accounts and Not responding as it should be , redicilous Customer Service to Block Accounts and Not helping to solve

Paysera has frozen the funds in the account of the platform that I invest in without any explanation, so the platform can no longer make payments to investors. When Paysera was asked by both platform owners and me to disclose the terms when the funds will be released, they did not provide such information to neither the platform owners nor investors, and this has been going on for several weeks.
With its unilateral action, Paysera has disrupted the activities of a company managing multi-million sums. In the place of a large business, I would stay away from such a financial service provider.

2026-06-10: Paysera support team is perfectly aware about the issue, since we spoke at least 4 times about it. I will amend my review when this issue is resolved.

If you own a large business, I would stay away from this electronic money institution. They will block your account without explanation and then take ages to give any answers and no possibility to transfer your funds to another bank to be able to continue business. Always same vague useless information every day. And they delete bad reviews from google maps.

Amazingly quick and unproblematic support. Fixed my issue with in really short time.

I requested to close my account, and to be honest, the support team was courteous and prompt; response times were met exactly as stated in the automated reply.

My experience with Paysera has been absolutely dreadful. I am an investor, along with nearly 3,000 others, in a well-known P2P platform that uses Paysera to deposit our funds as investors.
At the beginning of June, they unilaterally decided to freeze our assets in our P2P provider’s account without providing any explanation to the platform’s management that could justify such a freeze on funds.
I do not recommend Paysera at all and, judging by other comments I have seen on social media, their conduct leaves a great deal to be desired.

Overall it was ok, the reason I subscribed to this service is to use it for amazon seller and paypal, but amazon does not accept it and neither does paypal, plus the increasing fees, I understand, the customer service though is excellent

Paysera LT unilaterally terminated my account under clause 12.2.3. I fully accepted this decision and provided a valid alternative SEPA IBAN (Wise) to transfer my remaining balance of 1,254.54 EUR. I even sent them official uneditable PDF transaction records from PayPal confirming the legitimate source of these funds. However, Paysera completely locked my access and refuses to send my money, demanding a biometric video call or a physical trip to Vilnius. This is an unlawful asset freeze and a violation of Article 39 of the Lithuanian Law on Electronic Money. Give my money back!
