Account cancelled - 180 waiting period - fees for waiting period

On July 1st, 2025 they cancelled my account without giving a reason and they told me I have to wait 180 days for to can withdraw my funds.
After waiting more than 6 months I had to press them to unfreeze my funds. Anyway they deducted 239,69 EUR for the monthly fees for the period I was waiting they unfreeze my funds.
I recommend to everybody to file a complaint to the following authorities if you have problems with this "bank":
