Your customer service person Sarah Chen has been wonderful and she made it possible for me to order 2 pair of reading glasses. I would have given up if it was not for her.

I love the prices, I love that I can virtually try them on, and I’ve got Progressive bifocal transitional lenses and frames for less than I can find anywhere on the planet thank you thank you thank you

Overall fine but it said I would receive a free pair of glasses and I never got an email or code about it and I already ordered 2 pairs. So that is not ok.

I just ordered my 3rd pair of progressive lense glasses, after the first two fit me perfectly, and the lenses were spot on. I plan on buying a few more too. The prices are phenomenal, hence why I will buy a few more pair. Plus the quality is excellent.

I love how quickly I got to choose a pair of free glasses and once I get them I will be ordering more, ordered super fast

Ordered glasses. They came in. I put on and the sides were blurry. I reached out and they want all kinds of pictures and info. No one has that kink of time. I'm not an idiot. I will ONLY order from Zenni from now on.

My absolute go to for prescription glasses and sun glasses! I've ordered many pairs for myself and my son. The selection is huge, and the price is even better! My 13 year old has gone through far too many pairs so this website is a must! Even the sports goggles have been perfect! This is my 5th order. And I know there will be more.

Although the virtual try- on feature didn’t always work - this is true of all the online glasses companies. Probably something to do with my personal computer’s firewalls.

I had to learn to order online on the go, but I think it went ok. We’ll see when I get the glasses.

I always am pleased with the offers and deals you have. However, it would be nice if all glasses had the option to 'try on'. I also find that the website loads slower than most, and if I needed to go back to my order from my shopping cart, I had to re-enter my information.
Prices are very affordable.00

Ordering online was very easy. The hardest part was deciding which ones I liked most. The prices are amazing and with the free pair they offer new customers, I was able to purchase two pairs. I can’t wait to receive my new glasses!

My second pair of glasses bought here. First ones cracked within a year, so I bought a replacement pair. I’m very careful how I clean them - they scratched easily with scratch resistant lenses. Called to ask about them (within) the six month timeframe. Guy was rude and basically told me too bad. Will not recommend or order from them again. I know my purchase doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of their company - I’m only one person. But you’ll never have to deal with me again.

I am 78 years old and my experience with customer service was the best I have ever experienced anywhere. Krista, the optician, went over and beyond anything I was expecting. This was not my first purchase at Payne, and because of Krista, it certainly will not be my last. Many thanks.
As always, the prices, selection and ease in ordering were perfect.

Horrible quality. Not only did they drill my glasses unevenly, temple snapped after 1.5 years of normal wear. My last titanium glasses lasted 7 years. Huge waste of $
