Update: I received the payout on 24.11.2023 after two years of communication with them. I must state that they are not scammers and will ultimately make your payout. However, the Paymentwall team needs to fix their financial relations with their customers as it is frustrating that payout takes such an incredibly long term.
I feel compelled to share my extremely negative experience with Paymentwall, hoping it might prevent others from facing similar frustrations. For over two years, I've been struggling with this company to receive a payout that was rightfully mine. The process has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Initially, they assured me that the payout was processed, but to my dismay, the funds never arrived. Repeated inquiries were met with the same response: they claimed everything was sent from their end. This dragged on for three agonizing months. When I requested concrete proof in the form of an MT103 transfer document, what I received was a shoddy PNG file filled with random numbers. My bank manager confirmed my worst fears: the document was a blatant fake, and no such transaction ever existed in their system.
It's important for potential users of Paymentwall to understand the risk involved. My case, inquiry #873962, opened on October 28, 2022, is a testament to their inefficiency and possibly dubious practices. As of now, they have failed to process the final payout. This experience has left me not only financially strained but also deeply disillusioned.
In conclusion, I urge extreme caution if you're considering using Paymentwall for your transactions. Be prepared for the possibility of not receiving your money. It's a risk that, in hindsight, I wish I hadn't taken.

The customer service is great, although it is a rigorous process of sending proofs for verification, this just shows how tight their security is. Cards I've been purchasing through them have been wonderful and would get them within minutes. Keep up the good work!

Bought a optifine & few years later, couldn't find my receipt. asking me to get a receipt for a proof to change email or refund & they won't let me. Be careful. I am very pissed & angry.

So it tooked me about 10-15 days to verify all me details, also my business model was accepted with all the integrations and in final I've got declined about Credit Card Processing,and when I was asking them if I can connect authorize net with PaymentWall I can't get an normal answer, my friend is using payment wall all good and I can't get any help with that. I hope for an answer as soon as possible.

Is this company out of their mind? Asking way too much just for a $10 donation. They want my Photo ID just for $10. Absolutely ridiculous. If you don’t want to go through the hassle, do not use Paymentwall.
edit; now they’re emailing me just completely ignoring anything i’ve said and just asks for my id yet again. Paymentwall, these are NOT standard requirements, like you’ve said in your e-mail, if it was so much of a standard, payment systems such as PayPal and Tebex (as examples) would have done the same, but do they? No. You are asking for way too much information which is unnecessary. If you really want confirmation it’s me, I can send you transaction id’s, proof of payment, whatever, but ID is not needed and frankly i’m concerned about what you will do with it.

I could not care less if they delete it after, they shouldn’t need it in the first place.

Dear Paymentwall, why not to get 24/7 support? Many people are struggling, as you see, or customer satisfaction is not the priority? What is then?
It takes ages to get the response, I already created 3 inquiries to remind about the inquiry. Average response time is around a week. Isn't it funny? It takes way too long, I consider other provider.

did payment on torguard.net using this paymentwall gateway but funds is stuck on paymentwall and did not get to merchant. my funds shorted and can not complain or ask for refund. its been a week no response on support either. they suck dont use them!!

One of the worst services I ever met in my life.
Have been working with them for 5 months, they DO pay you, but their system is literally garbage, the payments and customers are untrackeble.
Also, having had no transactions for the last 1 month, our bank account is being charged by them randomly. When asked for a report, they avoid any certain answer, never ever have I received a report from them.
Definitely avoid this company, you'll better off with any other payment processor companies, simply unbeliable.

I've been trying to cash out my accumulated balance for over a year. They now say I need to wait another 6 months because of the chargeback period. I haven't received a single payment in over a year.
They make it as difficult as possible to cash out.

Yesterday at 02:38 am Argentine time I made a payment through paymentwall on the keydrop page.
My transfer arrived perfectly, but the balance did not reach my kaydrop wallet.
I tried to communicate by all means that I could but they do not give any answer ...
The truth is I feel cheated because I already recharged many times with this medium and there were no problems. But now that I recharge a large amount of money and an error occurs, I do not receive any kind of response.

Very, very bad... For two years they cant solve issues for payments from Serbia, its ridiculous. Now they are responding to my review - without any purpose, because payment options DO NOT EXIST from Serbia. Cards are not accepted :) bank cards, or any other cards. Also prepaid cards, online or any other - not accepted. Also mobile, also anything else - not accepted. What is the only option you can choose if you are from Serbia, and you are trying to pay something over Paymentwall? All you can do is leave information regarding preferred way of payment, and they (Paymentwall) will one day implement it. :D Yeah, right. So, after two years.. still NOTHING implemented. Like we are asking something incredible. Everything else regarding online payments functions in Serbia 100%, no problem anywhere, except this company.
Like we are living in stone age!
