It is unbelievable that people write something good about Asiapay they are scaming you for money hold your money for the 180 without realy looking in to a case this is pure scamming hoping they pay in 180 day anyhow they are the worse psp you can find in Asia the one how write a revue with more stars then one are 100% there own staff

Paysolutions.asia Asia pay solution took money from my account. i have no business with them and nothing that I would want to have neither goods or services. have a look on your website and see any links to scammers. Do not deal with PAYSOLUTIONS.ASIA it is SCAMMERS

Another so-called card processor who are so incompetent it is hard to believe anyone actually works there. An abysmal experience dealing with this company. Absolutely shocking.

AsiaPay SHOCKING Service and cannot process 1 transaction in 6 months. Pathetic customer service and response. Senior management does not responded to 1 email or query. Terrible company to deal with; full of false promises.

AsiaPay provide excellent service for pre and post sales. Their support team is responsive and follow up consistently. Excellent communication skill and helpful in resolving issues that I encountered. Will recommend to others.

Terrible experience using paydollar.com. useless payment portal doesn't give you any information when there is an error. Was very hard to figure out it wanted a Mastercard instead of a Visa as it just refused to work with a generic error message. Many other UX/UI issues with the payment form that have been solved by everyone else for the last 10 years.

A One star rating is too good. I ordered 2 pair of Clark’s shoes on 7-23-21. On 8-16-21, I received one pair of cheap and defective knockoff shoes and a bra. I have emailed the address for returns and have heard nothing. I thought I was ordering from a credible site.

Even though payment gateways are a commoditised service AsiaPay can’t even deliver a basic payment gateway.

- Expect product issues on a weekly basis (this is because of high technical staff turnover - no one wants to work there)
- Terrible customer support

I ordered something from here a month ago and they got the money but I don't have the product, plus when it says the order was shipped, the information is in a different language and can't be translated. Very poor service 😢

Terrible interface which barely works - says 'credit card details not entered' when they are. They clearly don't test stuff or check error rates.

Great company to work with & ample of payment options for various business centric merchants.

WORST platform our company has ever used in 12 years. DO NOT use them! We used them for WeChat pay. Their customer service is non-existent, the backend platform is horrible. If you even want to do refund, its the most complicated process. Our passwords suddenly didn't work, it took half a week for us to get a reply to reset and get things working. Whenever their customer service says they will fix a technical issue, it ends up not working or still another issues. We end up needing to always contact them at least 3 times to resolve something. When we had registration problems, our IT team had a nightmare working with them. We had angry customers wanting resolution, their technical response is non-existent. Their logistics on everything and user interface is horrid, our corporate accounts department is having a nightmare with them. We have never used a platform so bad before. Right we need to access some old reports, YOU CAN'T. Their system says you can't access any records beyond 6 months back.

Extremely rude sales reps, with disrespect to potential customers and very snobbish to SME. Unprofessional service introduction on the correspondence with unfriendly attitude. Strongly suggest no to contact them if you don't have a business worth more than USD 200000 (the exact number their sales rep suggested on the phone).

This review of AsiaPay/PayDollar is based on a real incident when reaching out to one of their sales reps (Mr. Yang) in Taiwan in March 2018. AsiaPay/PayDollar is well-known as a payment gateway service provider in Asia, however, if you are an entrepreneur who is seeking for payment gateway solution for Shopify or other e-commerce sites, avoid contacting this company as they are not the most reliable and comprehensive option in the market. There are plenty of alternatives to PayDollar - with a more professional conduct.
