I had trouble trying to add more items. When I clicked to initiate food delivery, it completed the job before I could include a second product—which then had to ship separately, adding waste of packaging.

CBD Chillax to the Max Bone
My two daschunds love the CBD bones…and literally chew them down to little weapons. Just replaced the ones I got them at Christmas. Thanks for a great product that both my dogs adore!
Your packaging was well received
Your packaging was well received. However, your website is hard to navigate. I thought I ordered another item with paw points and it was never added. I also switched dog foods for dietary purposes and my dogs picture wasn't on it, so I'm not sure if I need to resubmit every time.

Unsure about Customer Service
Hesitant to write this, but you have asked for an honest review. Understandably, items do become unavailable, but after waiting long over two months for a particular item which had been "sold out", I ended up just switching my dogs' entire diet to something completely different in order to choose something else - tired of waiting for the "sold out" item. Anxious to receive the new order, it arrived half-complete with indication that my second selection was not in stock and would be shipped when available. Although the email indicated it was included "In This Order" and my credit card charged for all of it, this was disappointing. I emailed and did not get a response, then called within the week to find out about the product, was told no email was showing and this product would be available "hopefully" by the end of the month - this would be over 20 days. If nothing else, pawtree should have a policy that says "we will not charge your credit card until your item has shipped", include date item will ship, clean up the website if it is unavailable. Why pack an order and say something is coming when it's not? When I called, I was given the option for refund or to wait for it. I requested a refund. The call ended with "Thanks for letting us make it right" - had to think about that. Left feeling skeptical about ordering with this company because there is little confidence of getting what I order, and what is communicated is "on its way!" No one wants to risk running out of dog food. I do like the product and I have put a great deal into finding the best food for my dogs, but think y'all need to take a look at this part of doing business.

Good Quality, Fast Shipping.
I like the quality of the products and the quick shipping times. My French Bulldog is doing well on the food and supplements - no digestive or allergy issues, which can be a problem with the breed. I just wish I could use my accumulated points towards my EZ Ship items though.
Great Customer Service
I called in because I was having trouble making payment on the website. The agent was very helpful and placed my order. Yesterday I received two boxes from Paw Tree. I called in again and the agent confirmed that two identical orders had been shipped; a system error caused my future auto-ship to be sent out. The agent apologized for the error, refunded my payment for the duplicate shipment, and told me I did not have to return it. I have nowhere to store 30 extra pounds of dog food so I am sharing it with a neighbor. Paw Tree acknowledged it was an internal error and did not inconvenience me by requiring I ship the products back. I appreciate great customer service!

I have contacted support 2 times about an item that I did not receive with my order. And now I am realizing it is 2 items that were not received. I haven’t gotten a reply from them at all and it has been almost a week. I guess I just take the loss.
