I’ve had nothing but great customer service! I was an absolute donut and didn’t add enough to my order and they sorted it and allowed me to add to my same order without any hassle, my dog has a bad stomach and it’s been so hard to find something good for her and we now have her on raw meat and she’s never been happier. Wouldn’t go anywhere else would highly recommend to anyone

Great to be able to get raw close to home
Called at Woodlands shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Good variety balanced food, no additives or full of crap. My 2 wolfed it down, let’s hope this continues and they deliver, they will also take it back if your dogs don’t like it as long as it’s unopened and still frozen. No subscription, no asking for age, if there Spey etc. unlike other big companies asking irrelevant questions for food that’s mass produced and everyone gets the same stuff at twice the price!! No matter what people tell you raw is what they need. Dogs derive from the grey Wolf and they may have been domesticated but their guts haven’t!

Christmas hampers
I have ordered a few times now. I got a lot of mystery boxes etc. My last purchases were 2 Christmas hampers. I have 2 very different dogs and both hampers were perfect for their individual needs. Beautifully presented and great quality.
