This is a scam company they take your money but don’t supply the goods. Don’t reply to emails either. I have contacted them over 20 times since Oct2023 no reply. Avoid at all costs

Ordered this in October still not received it and it’s now march!!!! Do not buy from them. Customer service is crap don’t reply to emails!!

I'm still awaiting my product or refund. Ordered a Cat scratcher back in Oct 2023 and still nothing received. I did get an email (after several email compaints) to say they were a start up company and behind on orders and they would send me my goods... but nothing since! Still waiting... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This company is a disgrace! I placed an order back in October 23 and I still haven't received my cat chews! Order #5502 They did however email me back apologising for the delay as they were a start up company early December. I still haven't received my goods or a refund I requested! How disappointing, I would have loved to have tried the product! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a toy for my dog back in October, which I was given a tracking number for, however this number has never worked.
Of course they took the money from my account straight away but nearly 10 weeks later and I still have not received the items I have payed for. They never reply to emails even though they have emailed me to ask for reviews! So here is there review. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM! I have asked for a refund many times but have never got a reply or my money back.

Do not order from this site. I ordered something 2 months ago which I have still not received. They have been in contact once after numerous emails chasing my items, and eventually they told me they didn’t have any in stock. However they have not issued a refund even though I have requested one many times, and surprise surprise I haven’t heard from them again.

I bought the toys for my sisters two cats who loved them from the word go. They will fight me if I try to take them away. Speedy delivery, good value for money & very happy to recommend to others.

As of today 24th December goods not received and all emails to Customer Services have been ignored. I have been scammed out of £13-31

You are again asking me to review your product which I have still not received!  

This was going to be an Xmas present for my friends cats, as it's now Dec 23rd these are not going to be received, so I would like a full refund.  

I have bought from you previously and to my horror it came from China!  You also have Germany as another address, so what's has the UK in your web address mean?  I am extremly suspicious about the integrity of this business, and will NOT be using or recommending you.

This must be a scam. I ordered in October and now it's December 12th. Other people have reported the same thing. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Bought a cat interactive scratch bowl in October, still waiting for delivery and response to my email for non delivery. Very disappointing.

Ordered a floppy lobster dog toy on 7/10/23. Tracking number given didn't exist and The toy never arrived. Have emailed customer services 5 times and to date gave had zero response . Not even an acknowledgement to any email. Can only presume company is a scam

I too have been conned by this despicable company. Took my money back in September and never received item. £15 down the drain! Have sent numerous emails to no avail.

Ordered and paid for a scratch bowl on the 14th October. Received a tracking number which is no longer traceable. Company does not answer any of the contact letters that you send them.
DEFINATELY A SCAM.

Definitely a scam website, do not purchase anything from it.

I’ve had the same issue as other people purchasing an item and never received.

I bought a Lobster toy for my dog off the Facebook site, given an order number, money taken from my account the same day and a tracking number. After a few days I tried going into the tracking number and guess what is was not recognised has being a legitimate company. I have sent several emails which have not been responded to and then they have the cheek to send me a request to put a review on the website, how can you put a review on a website when you haven’t had the goods. Scammers again on Facebook this is the second time that this has happened to me and both were from the Facebook site do they not check these companies before putting them on the site so the unsuspecting person can buy and not have there money taken.
