Very disappointing experience
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this transportation company.
We booked transportation for our trip to Cortina and paid a 50% deposit. When our plans changed, we requested a cancellation and refund, but the company refused to return the deposit based on their cancellation policy.
What made the situation particularly frustrating was the way the matter was handled. I contacted the company formally to raise a complaint and try to resolve the issue directly, but I received no response to my complaint.
For a company handling international transportation bookings and significant deposits, I expected much clearer communication, better customer service, and at the very least a proper response when a customer raises a formal dispute.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering booking with this company carefully read and clarify all cancellation and refund conditions in writing before paying any deposit.
