They don’t have a customer service for the website. Think twice if you need to buy online! Considering the prices of the products sold in this platform, not having a customer service in case something goes not as expected is very frustrating. I have bought a product more than 10 days ago and was notified that the item was back ordered, I replied the email saying I wanted to cancel the order, since I needed it right away. After numerous not answered calls, emails, even a message on the Facebook business page. I still haven’t gotten the order cancelled and was still charged for 8000 DKK.

WARNING! Shortly after I ordered and paid for my order, I got a notice that this firm is undergoing a reconstruction. They have, as well with other customers, ripped me off totally! My order hasn’t been delivered and no refund has been done. It is nothing but a shame!

Warning!! The company is undergoing reconstruction. The goods I have ordered and paid for will not be delivered. They have sold the goods even though they knew they were under reconstruction, something they did not disclose. Shameful company!"

I was wondering when my delivery would arrive and within 45 minutes after emailing I had a precise answer!

I have bought an item at Paulstian and paid the wrapping service which included the option of writing a greeting.

Despite that other shops were selling the same item for the same price but providing free shipping, I've decided to pick Paustian since it is a renowned shop.

I expected that their webshop was having the same standard as their physical shops. Unfortunately not. They've shown nothing else than negligence.

First of all, I've expected that the wrapping paper had some reference to "Paustian" or at least a sticker with the shop name. Not. It could have been wrapped/sold by any other shop.
Secondly, the wrapping was absolutely sloppy/terribly made.
Third and most important, the greeting that I wrote was not included in the present.

It is possible to find better options: free shipping and having webshops with client care - that way the experiences of giving/receiving presents will not be compromised.

My wife and I have since the autumn of 2021 been trying to buy a number of items from the Paustian shop at Strøget. Unfortunately, we have also been "helped" by the same person, as some of the other bad reviews. Let me underline, that this is in our mind not a small order - in total, we are trying to buy product for around 130,000 DKK, but in spite of this, we are being ignored and met with silence over and over again from Anne.

I don't mind that stuff can not be delivered due to backlog in the order books, I don't mind receiving an Eames stool and an Arne Jacobsen lamp that is damaged and has to be returned, I don't mind receiving things in smaller portions. But I do mind being ignored over and over again. We stopped counting the number of emails that Anne refuses to reply to, that she never calls back, that you in general get the impression that she doesn't care about you as a customer.

Now it will stop. We will ask for an invoice for the things we have received and find the outstanding furniture at another place. And I am sorry to say - we will never shop again with Paustian :-(

Dear CEO of Paustian - you need to either 1) make some serious changes to your customer service culture, or at least to your shop at Strøget and/or 2) Employ more people, as maybe your current people are too busy
