If I could leave a review of less than 1 star I would. I went to Paul Mitchell the School Chicago for a trim. I let them know I wanted 1/4 inch trimmed off. By the time it was done, over three inches were on the floor. I gathered up some of the hair & put in an envelope. DO NOT GO HERE.
