Terrible experience, ordered the American Fridge Beko with wine cooler in January 2021. The fridge was supposed to be delivered within 1-5 days. Five months later there’s no fridge and no refund from this company. My order number is 30389. It’s impossible to contact them as there’s nobody on the phone line. Awful and dishonest practice. I have written numerous emails but got no tangible resolution and no refund. At this point I am contacting my lawyer and reporting this “business” as a fraud to the local authorities.....
This was the most horrible purchase experience I've had in my life (and still not finished). I ordered a dishwasher in Jan 29, and the status was "Available", delivered in 1-4 working days. On Feb 5, I received a message apologising that the machine is not available and suggesting another model which is in stock, and can be delivered next week. I agreed. On Feb 15 I asked for updates, and receive a message saying that the new machine is not available as well, and proposing yet another model, to be delivered next week. I agreed. On March 3, I asked for an update again and was told that the machine can only be delivered on April 15. I asked for money back, they told me to write an official request. I did. No money still (March 21).

After positing the review, and notifying the seller and mentioning de Geschillencommissie, I finally got the money back (March 23). It took almost 2 months to not to deliver the machine. Well, could be worse, could it?
No feedback after ordering until now. Delivery time has been exceeded, also without feedback from their site. Telephone contact is not possible, because the hotline hangs up automatically after 10 seconds waiting time! There is no response to e-mails either.
Unbelievable!
Edit 1: After writing the review I finally received a message and- oh wonder, the delivery was finally scheduled.
I will update this review if the thing actually gets delivered.
Edit 2: The Order has been canceled after informing them of legal steps if the product doesn't arrive.
Don't waste your time, purchase somewhere else.

I was looking for a freezer , and they had them available and the delivery was 1-3 working days, all is fine paid and after 1 week I didn’t receive any email about the delivery so I contacted them and they answered that the freezer isn’t available yet and that I have to wait till 10 days later ,so I answered them back about why they stated that they had the item is available while isn’t true , ̷a̷n̷d̷ ̷I̷ ̷g̷o̷t̷ ̷a̷ ̷v̷e̷r̷y̷ ̷r̷u̷d̷e̷ ̷e̷m̷a̷i̷l̷ , and after this I waited 10 days and guess what, I have to wait 3 more weeks ....never again ordering from them.
Edit: sorry I read the email incorrectly, the email ended with (3 ellipsis) and that meant something else on my side.
Edit2: I gave low score because the whole experience was not pleasing , first the item was available to deliver in 1-3 working days then I get no respond after these days passed till I emailed and then I get respond about isn’t available and have to wait , then I get other email after a week that the delivery day as promised isn’t true again and I have to wait even more...

And as I stated up I took the respond wrong way from your customer service , because using 3 ellipsis after the respond email. Because that means a lot of stuff.
And my 1 start review is about lack of communication and waiting till I emailed them to ask about the item and then I get respond isn’t available and have to wait.( on website still says available )
