If I could leave zero stars I would.I…

If I could leave zero stars I would.I called them 20th November to make sure the Grill I wanted was in stock, the sales rep called warehouse and confirmed a 5 days delivery for sure.After a week I called them several times.Sales rep never picked up phone, I complained on their web form and all they said was sorry, grill was still in their warehouse, so they offered a $50 refund, I told them I was not interested in the $50 but beg them to expedite the shipping so I could use the grill on Thanksgiving week end, their reply was that they understand, now on the 11th December I have not still received the $4000 grill
They lie, cheat and does nothing beside to take your money, stay away from this company is my best advice.
