very awesome shop, their product are really really high quality. I have 2 wigs of them and they're both stunning.
the inside of the wigs is unlike any other wigs I own, that just shows that the quality is amazing.

I was a regular shopper. I recommend you never buy from this fast-fashion website.

May 30th, I ordered items for 74USD, and NOTHING has happened since "confirmed order" on the 30th. My package hasn't even left the facility, despite the website saying delivery time is typically 15 days. One thing is the package taking longer to be transported, but it hasn't even been SENT yet. It's been 2 months.

Upon buying a skirt, they sent me the wrong colour that wasn't even a colour option on their website... They apologized with a $20 discount coupon when I asked to return it and receive a refund on the skirt.

They're also VERY slow to update item information when something is sold out, so there's a chance you pay for something no longer in stock and must pick other items instead AFTER payment.

The craftsmanship on their backpacks are poor, with the handle of "Cute plush backpack PL21153" breaking after 2 weeks of use. The ear of "Cute Lolita backpack PL51413" Cinnamoroll edition was incorrectly sewn on as well.

Take CAUTION when ordering!

Refund status: Didn't receive refund.
Rating of customer service's one-contact resolution: Very poor. 0.5/5 stars. You'll have to go through 2-3 representatives before locating the other business email that they have on their site.
Customer service response time: 4/5. They respond within a day or two. More operative on weekdays than weekends.

I ordered some peach earrings in the beginning of January 2021. It's been more than 8 weeks and 2 months as of today, and they still have not arrived. Last week, I checked the status of my order and there has been no further updates from the very first day when the order was placed: "This facility has received your shipping information."

When I emailed the owner last night to inform them of this issue, they said that they won't issue a refund because *their business* will be charged for an incentives fee. Their business should be able to cover the cost, and I, the customer, shouldn't have to pay their shipping fees because they failed to keep track of the products that they ship.

One of the representatives that I spoke to named Guo Miya, was not very helpful. The language barriers were not an issue, but her avoidance of owning the customer a refund was very distasteful.

I spoke to her several times through email that I didn't want the earrings anymore. Secondly, I requested a refund 3 times, but she didn't initiate a refund. She only reordered the item and said, "I think you will like the product." I also requested to speak to the store owner and a manager, but again, she avoided those questions.

It's not worth initiating a purchase with this merchant as they are not aware of shipping delays nor are they aware of your product's shipping updates. There is one representative that's asked me directly for my order number to process the cancellation, highly appreciated. However, I would suggest that working with Paypal to resolve your issue as they'll ask you for proof of your order and conversation with the merchant, is more responsive when it comes to transactions, is a better outcome.

With the concerns of a global pandemic, it is understandable most independent store owners would have difficulty keeping up with their products. However, I've been treated with more respect with companies such as blvcchi/Cozy Kids Club, and they responded to my inquiries faster (and very informative social media posts). However, pastelloves has not listened to my requests well, and being purposefully ignored to the point where they're very defensive about not giving you a refund... this is a very different facade on their Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook personas.

If you're looking to buy an item from this store, buyer beware. You'll have better response times, and any conflicts with your item not arriving on time will be handled with more delicacy.

Posting this review as of 5/15/2021. My current status with this product is that it's been undelivered, and still located in China. Checking today on its Chinese tracking system, it says "Your order has been shipped." But nowhere else on if that item is going through customs. It's still in the same facility and has not traveled anywhere else.

Again, you'll have better luck finding the items that you need on Etsy or more popular indie stores.

- 8 weeks/2-3 months after order has been placed.

Swift delivery and good price/quality ratio. I was a bit weary before placing my order, but was convinced by all the good reviews I read online. I am very happy I eventually took the leap of faith as the two pieces I ordered are exactly as pictured online and fit me well! Thank you Pastelloves, I will order again!

Hello to everyone! I'm going to tell you about a really great wig. Frankly, I was a little worried but that wig is really cool! Her bangs are not uncommon. Although synthetic, extremely soft like real wigs. Hair roots are so realistic that I thought I was going to faint. And the color was so beautiful ... Normally I have a big head and not every wig but you can adjust this wig very well. Moreover, the owner of this store is really kind. They have a very good service. Moreover, the prices are really affordable. It reached my hand very quickly. Shipping was also very nice. It came unharmed. I definitely won't be getting the last wig!

I really would love to shop here but, when i was seeing the the size it just says one size so i dont know if it may fit me or not...to be honest i dont buy things that say one size because i feel like it wont fit me...but i love how is a really cute store!!! UwU

I am in love with my purchases from Pastelloves! The shipping took about a week. The packaging is beautiful! The wig is my absolute favorite. The customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced, they are so generous and wonderful :) I will continue to buy from them in the future!

My order took over 2 months to arrive, but I guess it was due to the corona situation, so i won't complain. The 2 wigs I got were definitely worth the long waiting time. Absolutely gorgeous, I'm very happy with them :)

Hello! I ordered a pastel jacket, the shipping was fast. Jacket is of good quality, soft and perfect for autumn and spring months, I love the detail of the embroidery on the pockets, it has become one of my favorites. This is my favourite store! I absolutely love everything on this website... and so far everything I’ve received has had an amazing quality! I bought a dress there recently, and the detail on it is incredible. I also ordered a headband, and it was so much cuter than I had expected! The socks I was gifted were made of such a comfortable material, and it didn’t take very long to ship at all! When I had a question about my order, I was answered almost instantly. I ordered the Hime cut wig PL20715 on 11/12 and it arrived yesterday, 11/29. After wearing it for over eight hours yesterday, I can easily say this beautiful wig has exceeded my expectations. Not only did it arrive exactly as pictured and was delivered in a timely manner, the quality of the wig is phenomenal and looks very natural! All of my friends thought I had dyed my hair, not that I was wearing a wig! Not to mention it is very affordable, especially considering how well the wig was made.I had no issues with this wig in the slightest, and it is very comfortable. I was also very impressed with the wig combs attached to the wig, it really kept the wig in place all day! Absolutely will be purchasing from PastelLoves again!
