We had an excellent stay at Canary Wharf, the lodge had everything you needed, the beds were really comfortable with soft bedding. Very peaceful location, and within easy access to main attractions of London, it was so nice to come back to the water after a busy day exploring. I would highly recommend staying here, very comfortable, clean, well equipped, and couldn’t fault the location of the lodge. Always easy to communicate via AirBnb. Very happy customers :) thanks for such an enjoyable stay.

We booked a house in Bath on airbnb 6 months ago with this company for a special occasion. With only 4 weeks until arrival, Pass the Property cancelled our booking, due to a "system glitch". It is simply not acceptable for a company of this size to take half a year to notice a technical error.
It felt like a convenient excuse to clear their calendar for higher prices close to the date as it is during peak season.
If you are planning to book one of their houses, I would think twice before trusting this company with your booking. They are clearly happy to hold your money for months and then cancel when it suits them with a very unprofessional excuse.

Recently booked a room had to change all the booking.com details to a friend who was also staying at the property after finally reaching the stage of them accepting her id and confirming it was fine they then asked for a second ID! This was almost back and fourth for 2 hours...
In the meantime I booked them another room and tried to get full refund!
We finally were allowed to have the property details, on the last day we tried to put keys back in the keysafe, code seem to have changed as key safe wasnt working. We decided to post they keys for safety reasons, I then Received q message to say weve been charged for a locksmith after numerous times of explaining we had no choice to post keys....

I went home with the keys by accident. I returned them within 24 hours. They were going to charge me £45 unless I left a 5 star review - so here it is. I have to post a picture of this review to them to get the refund on the full security depsoit.

I booked this property via Airbnb, the Manchester City Townhouse on Union Street, and honestly wish I could give it 0 stars.
From the minute we arrived it was clear the house hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was rubbish piled up outside from overflowing bins, it smelled awful and even blocked the entrance which felt like a safety issue.
Inside wasn’t any better. Dirty walls, a mouldy bathroom, and we even found bugs. A lot of things were broken too, including the blinds, and there were missing tiles and panels around the house. It just felt really run down and poorly looked after.
For a place that sleeps 10, the lack of basics was ridiculous. There were fewer than 3 rolls of toilet paper, no cloths or sponges to wash up, barely any dishes, not even a single glass, and not enough plates or bowls for everyone.
Then to top it off, after we left the host tried to charge us for a stain and a broken blind that were already like that when we got there. Given the state of the place, that’s completely unfair and now I am having to go through Air BnB to ensure I do not get charged.
Overall, the property felt unsafe and unhygienic and just not fit to be rented out. Airbnb really needs to check this place properly because in its current condition, people shouldn’t be staying here.

Wish I could give a 0 star review. House was not at all clean when we arrived. It had broken blinds, dirty walls, mouldy bathroom and in a house that slept 10 people, less than 3 rolls of toilet paper plus not a single cloth/sponge to clean dishes with? On the topic of dishes, they were essentially none existent. Not a single glass to be found… not enough plates/bowls for everyone. Outside of the property was full of rubbish from the overflowing bins and absolutely stunk.

AVOID - they cancelled our accommodation with less than 24 hours to check in, we had booked and paid for this months in advance. Their customer support was completely unhelpful and the only alternative they offered was over an hour away in a different town completely. Stay clear!

Everything with our apartment was amazing. The communication with the host was also good with easy key pick-up. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious, had all the amenities we needed, the beds were very comfortable. There are great city views in all bedrooms and also a balcony. The train station is very close and overall I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay close to the city centre.

Amazing customer service! I've never been to a property where I have felt so looked after - the Pass the Property were exceptional - such quick responses, quick to act and very reasonable individuals. We had an incredible celebration at the Lux Filey Villa with 12 adults and 6 children (all aged under 5). The pool was just a total delight and we had so much fun playing table tennis and pool as well. A wonderful villa full of love and care. Thank you all so much! This has truly been a memory worth cherishing for years.

We recently stayed at 15 Malton Road, Hunmanby for a 50th birthday celebration, a property described as a “stunning coastal retreat” on vrbo.com. Unfortunately, the only thing “stunning” about our stay was the complete lack of customer service from Pass the Property.
On arrival, there were various issues at the property, including extensive mould throughout, dirty floors that had clearly not been swept/vacuumed and wet towels hung over the doors. The pool area was filthy, with mould across the walls and damp smelly towels on the loungers. The outside was covered with litter, the grass in the garden was overgrown and the outdoor furniture cushions had been left outside and were covered with mould. The pool table cloth was ripped and there were multiple nails sticking up out of the table meaning it was too dangerous to use.
Throughout our stay, more problems arose, with showers not draining, leading to flooded bathrooms, and multiple toilets blocking/breaking. The bathroom in the annex was unable to be fixed and therefore the 6 people stopping in the annex had to leave the property a day early.
Efforts to resolve directly with both Pass the Property and Vrbo have been unsuccessful, and the lack of understanding from Pass the Property in particular has been mindblowingly bad.
I fail to see how a property described as “stunning” and “luxurious” can have the problems described above. The property was in no way representative of the adverts description and as all efforts to reach a fair and reasonable outcome with Pass the Property have been unsuccessful, we are now left with no option other than to take further action.
