I was panicking and upset when I realized my passport was expiring sooner than I thought. I had only few days left before leaving. I did not have time to do any intensive research to find the best company that could assist. I found passport &visas.com. I requested and paid for the 4 days expedited. Then I saw mix reviews. But you know what? I got it on time. Everyone Along that experience was professional and kept me updated.

If you're in a rush...these folks got it done. I don't really understand why their submittal process is so complicated. They make is seem like you don't need to go get passport photos but I guess you do because I submitted my online photo numerous time with no luck. Also they completed my form on the wrong document -new passport instead of renewal so if I hadn't caught that it would have taken even longer. They make the application process seem more complicated than it needs to be-all they're really doing is completing the same form you'd complete if you applied yourself then getting your passport faster. I wasn't that impressed but I probably got my passport sooner than I would have otherwise(had 9 mos left on my old one but want to do some travel this fall/winter so seemed to make sense to knock it out while I was around for 3-4 weeks). Not something I'd pay for again but I guess it's not something I have to think about for a long while. If you're in a rush...go ahead.

Over promised and under delivered! Did not get what we paid for! No one wanted to communicate at all, we had to do all of that. Thus company not a scam but you will not get results needed if rush is requested and paid for. Still waiting for my refund. Supposed to be 2 to 4 day turn time and it took 16 days to get passports. Also lost thousands in reservations due to incompetence!

I had to delay my trip due to illness resulting surgery and moving. I sent emails to the person handling my account and phone calls every step of the way to keep her abreast of the changes. I get an email saying my passports are being delivered to my old address. I sent another group of emails inquiring why that was happening. I finally spoke to a live person and they assured me my addressed was changed. Today I get another email stating that it being delivered tomorrow instead of today to the old address. I spoke to Fed Ex and now I have to go to a Fed Ex location close to the old address, which is an inconvenience for me. I have to show ID but if it’s delivered tomorrow instead to old address, they don’t have to sign for it. I deserve a refund for this headache and inconvenience.

This is a very horrible and dangerous company. No one should use their service. I paid for a China visa. They promised that it will be delivered in 1 week. One month later, there was no visa. After many calls, they said the application has been submitted to the Chinese Embassy and they are waiting. That was a big LIE. When we called one week later, we were told that they have an internal issue and are still waiting to submit the visa. Fast forward a week later, no visa and no update from this company. I requested that the passport should be sent back since I had another trip that was close. They promised to send by overnight and never did. It has been a run around with them and till now, we still await a solution to my passport. Please please, for your sanity, do not use this company. There is an employee called Alex who hangs up the phone against their customers.

While the communication was prompt, the facts are no organization can speed up the Passport issuing process and going to the actual passport agency with an appointment from the State Department is your best option. I was duped by Googles AI suggestion and learned my lesson, don't trust AI search results. We had to get my daughter's passport the day we left in person at the Philadelphia agency. It was a nightmare and I lost $499 and hope I can get it back with a dispute from my bank. *bank made a provisional credit after calling to dispute the charge. Hopefully it sticks and I will be refunded. 8/23/25

I felt trust. Got quick results that justified the fee.
And now I am off to Chile, Morocco, France, India and Tahiti!
One needs a full passport book to accommodate those destinations.

What an absolute disappointment. This process took two weeks. It was complicated by the lack of communication and interaction. I asked Misty, my rep, to call me several times to no avail. The photo process is where the lack of communication and time transpired. It was NOT a 3-day process as advertised.

Helpful people and timely delivery of my passport.

I'm currently 4 days from estimated travel date and my documents have been received for almost two weeks. I'm not satisfied with this process and my "expiditer" is non responsive to E-mails and has not returned a single phone call. I could have sent this through the Normal system without paying 300 dollars for a 10 day turn around on my new passport. Update, Filed a Fraud Claim with the FBI office in Denver i've finally got my documents back and will be going to the POST office the ONLY approved place besides the GOVERNMENT BACKED EXPIDITE OFFICES. This company is a fraud. All the below Email addresses are not responding. they are asking for me to fill out a Paper form including my billing zip code and CVV code on the back of my credit card to receive a refund. That screams Identity theft. Check your credit reports they're mining your data just by filling out their starter forms.

Patty Refuses to Respond to emails i've received zero calls back and been hung up on 20 plus times by their call center. I've contacted every number and email i've ever been given and also did a public records search on mr. diack this is not his first "Passport" expidite business its free online as public records of all his companies
