good price quick transaction - still needs some service work on their Belgian website
I ordered from their Belgian website, passiontech.be, while their website keeps jumping from French into Dutch back to German, the bill came in German. EDIT: I had a hard time contacting them, but after some time they responded. They are new to the Belgian marked which explains the little inconveniences mentioned above.
On the bright side, they do offer products to a sharp price compared with other websites. The item was shipped and received here pretty quick, 4 days after payment!

Be aware!
Do not buy at this store. If you are living outside Germany. Dont purchase your goods here. They have no customer service. You can not return your items if they have some fault etc. There is no telephone number you can call etc.
Also, I did not get what I ordered. It was missing some pieces and no way to get refund or new parts.
So, STAY AWAY!

A contact via e-mail is also possible, which will be processed as quickly as possible. If parts are missing, which are included with this, we take care of as quickly as possible to the free subsequent delivery of the required parts.

they not only matched the price for the speakers I was looking for - they GAVE me a batter one (best I could get)
e-mail support: great! every time I had a question/query - they get back to me almous immediately with useful answers
from what I have experienced I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Passiontec to others and I will most definitely turn to them next time I will be on lookout for product/products I will be interested in
